Known as Casa Monita, this lovely two bedroom two bathroom vacation rental is located in San Felipe's most soft after community - El Dorado Ranch.  

Kitchen is fully stocked and preparing meals is a breeze.

The single floor design makes it easy to get in and out - suitable for all ages, families with children, older vacationers, everyone will find comfort in this home. 

Fully air conditioned, this home is perfect for year round vacationing.  Come visit in spring, summer, autumn or winter, you will find Casa Monita to be a great place to relax and have a great time.

One towel per guest provided.  Please bring your beach and pool towels.

You will have access to the resort amenities; tennis courts, pickle courts, swimming ports and resort beach.

This home comes with 4 pool passes only. Kids under 12 years old do not need a pool pass

RESORT PASS AND SWIMMING POOL PASS

This resort requires guests to have passes to access the resort and pools
The passes are only issued directly to guests - Tgis requires guest to visit one more office after check-in
Regular hours for issuing passes to guest is between 8AM - 4:30PM
If you arrive after 4:30PM, we check-you in as usual, but you will need to go to resort office the next day to pick up your passes.
If you arrive after 4:30PM, you will not be able to use the swimming pool on arrival day because you won't have the required passes. You can use the pool once you pick up your passes the following day.
Pool hours are 9AM - 10PM

Check-in after 8PM is $25 extra.
