This beautiful beach side vacation home is located in Paseo las Palmas San Felipe community with lots of peace and tranquility.

This unit has 2 bed rooms 1 full bathroom for 6 guest stay maximum.  The first bedroom has a full size bed, second bedroom also has a full size bed with sofa bed also full size.

The living room has a modern decoration and lots of space, with to huge glass doors that lead to the balcony with a spectacular view, the kitchen is remodeled also with a modern style, the complex has WiFi for all you internet needs Also TV with Roku

The building has 4 other condos alike makes great for big family staying, or events like weddings or birthdays, you'll have to a the rooftop for one of the best views of the sea of Cortez, where there will be a charcoal BBQ grill that is shared by all guests, no problem if you would like to bring your own.

*This unit dose not have towels, so feel free bring anything you might need for a more comfortable stay!!

Check-in time is 3PM - 8PM.  Check-in after 8PM is $25 USD extra.  Please arrive before 8PM to avoid the extra fee.
