La Kasa #1 is a welcoming, single-level vacation home set within the secure, gated El Dorado Ranch resort community in San Felipe, Baja California. With three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and space for up to 7 guests, this home is an ideal base for families and small groups looking for comfort, convenience, and easy access to everything San Felipe has to offer. The single-level layout creates an easy, open flow throughout the home — perfect for groups who want to spread out comfortably without navigating stairs. The bright living room features a TV, reliable internet, and air conditioning throughout, keeping everyone cool and comfortable no matter the season. A pool table adds a fun touch for downtime at home.

The kitchen is fully equipped for vacation cooking and casual entertaining, with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, cooker, kitchen island, spices, dishes, and utensils. A dedicated dining area makes it easy to gather the whole group for breakfast, a lingering dinner, or a quick snack before heading out.
A washer, dryer, linens, towels, and hot water are all included — a welcome convenience for longer stays or active beach days.

Each bedroom is designed for restful, comfortable nights. The primary bedroom features a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom offers a flexible setup with one double bed and one twin bed — great for families with kids or guests of mixed ages. A bathtub is available for those who prefer a soak after a long day.

As a guest of El Dorado Ranch, you'll have access to the resort's communal pool, tennis courts, community spaces, and beach access points. Optional golf access is available at the Las Caras de Mexico golf course — please note that a fee applies.

Pool passes are required to access the resort pool and are issued directly at the resort office between 8AM and 4:o0PM. If you arrive after 4:00PM, check-in will proceed as normal but pool passes will need to be collected at the resort office the following morning. Pool access will be available once passes are in hand. Pool hours are 9AM to 10PM.

Please note that as per El Dorado Ranch resort policy, off-road vehicles are not permitted within the community. An exception is made for registered participants in major Baja racing events such as the Baja 250 and Norra 1000.
