Incredible Beach front Las Palmas Condo # 2

Maximum occupancy for this rental is 10 Guests.  For Up to 18 guests, you must separately reserve the 2-bedroom rental below this unit.

Las Palmas San Felipe condo 2 is located on the 2nd floor of a three story beachfront castle over looking the pristine beach on the shores of the Sea of Cortez. With sea views from terrace and living room, breath taking views are guaranteed all through your stay. the condo sleeps 8 comfortably in the 3 large bedrooms.  

The Master bedroom features a queen sized bed, sofa bed and private full bathroom. Big closets with mirrors complete the master bedroom.  Two more bedrooms each come with queen sized beds and large closets with mirrors.  The beds can accommodate up 8 guests, we allow two more guests for a maximum occupancy of 10 guests provided guests bring an air-bed.

Each bedroom has its own split airconditioner unit to ensure guest comfort all year round.
 
The living room is designed to give guests maximum enjoyment of the beach.  Large windows allow in lots of sunlight. A full length sliding glass doors facing the sea will have you enjoying indoor and outdoor living.

Swim in the sea right in front of this rental or go for long strolls along the beach - the wide sandy beach is a delight to your feet.  The beach is very safe to swim in thanks to the toddler friendly calm nature of the sea.  

This rental is located just 4 miles South of San Felipe in the Las Palmas community. Drive into town takes 10 minutes...a little past the port of San Felipe and you are in town.  

If you are thinking of flying in, the closest airport is San Diego.  Our local San Felipe airport is for chatter flights. From San Diego, rent a car and in a few hours, you will be in San Felipe.

Having a car is highly recommended as this allows you to explore the cities further South.
