Giant Beachfront House

Giant Beach House (Jenny's) is a 4,500 square foot beachfront San Felipe Vacation Rental located in Rancho Percebu, approximately 30 minutes south of San Felipe at kilometer 21 along the San Felipe - Puertecitos Highway.

This home is known for its incredible beaches where families can catch breathtaking sunrises or gaze out into the stars at night. Nearby attractions include Puertecitos Hot Springs, Valley of the Giant Sahuaros, Gonzaga Bay, and Alfonsinas.

This sprawling beachfront home has two levels of living space, a chef's kitchen, multiple lounge areas, balconies overlooking the water, a pool table, and foosball. All five bedrooms are spread out between the first and second floor — some have multiple beds, most have private balcony or patio access with comfortable mattresses, high-end linens, and plenty of storage. Three spacious full bathrooms accommodate large groups.

The open living room features comfortable leather furniture and plenty of natural light. The highlight is access to two swimming pools and an outdoor cabana area with sun loungers, poolside seating, and an outdoor dining area with beach views. On this ranch, 7 are rental homes, 1 is a restaurant, and 1 is for the on-site manager. Pool facilities and giant palapa are shared.

Onsite cooking and maintenance teams are available. Guests provide all needed towels. Prior approval required for catering service. Check-in is 3PM-8PM with a $25 late fee after 8PM.
