Condo 57-4 is a cozy and spacious 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath San Felipe Vacation Rental located in El Dorado Ranch with plenty of places to kick back and savor every moment of your vacation. Gather around the 42" flat-screen TV in the living room with comfortable furnishings and stylish decor. Follow the spiraling staircase to the 2nd floor where you will find a guest room with a full bed and two twins (sleeps 4, with full bathroom) and a master bedroom with a king bed, casual balcony seating, a walk-in closet, and a master bathroom with his-and-her sinks, a glass shower, and a bathtub. The third bedroom downstairs is a guest room with a king bed and separate bath and shower.

Outside, stretch out on pool loungers and enjoy the pool with a soothing spillover spa — the ideal spot to soak up the sun. The fully equipped eat-in kitchen has bar seating for three plus a dining table for six.

This San Felipe Vacation Rental includes in-house high-speed internet. Maximum occupancy is 8 guests with 6 pool passes only (children 12 and under free).

Pool passes are issued by the resort office which closes at 4:30PM — arrive after 4:30PM and you will not have pool access until the next day. A $100 refundable security deposit is required on arrival. Monthly rentals available with utilities extra and a utility security deposit. Off-road vehicles are not permitted in La Ventana del Mar (exception for race teams). Check-in is 3PM-8PM with a $25 late fee after 8PM.
