Condo 433 is a value-oriented San Felipe Vacation Rental built with accessibility and comfort in mind, just a short walk to the beach and to one of three swimming pools. Beautiful landscaped paths meander down to the beach and pool, and a little further to the La Palapa pool with an adjacent bar and grill for poolside drinks and meals. The gated resort has 24/7 patrolled security. The villa is a 10-minute drive to downtown grocery stores.

This property could easily rent for $1,400-$1,500 a week, but we offer an awesome location with fantastic amenities at a value price. A washer and dryer are available. The beach is rated very high for cleanliness, warm water, and being kid-friendly with virtually no waves — perfect for clamming when the tide goes out.

The king and queen beds comfortably sleep 4 guests. This villa is one of the few with high-speed internet in-house. Maximum occupancy is 6 guests with 4 pool passes only (children 12 and under free). Pool passes are issued by the resort office which closes at 4:30PM — arrive after 4:30PM and you will not have pool access until the next day. No BBQ at the condos — BBQ stalls are at a designated area a 10-minute walk away. A $100 refundable security deposit is required on arrival. Monthly rentals available with utilities extra and a utility security deposit. Check-in is 3PM-8PM with a $25 late fee after 8PM.
