Condo 2 is a beachfront San Felipe Vacation Rental located just steps from the beach and 2 blocks from the San Felipe Malecon — San Felipe's central entertainment district with restaurants, bars, and shops. This condo has WiFi and features an open floor layout with a large open kitchen featuring plenty of cabinets and tile flooring. The two bedrooms and one bathroom are on the ground level, while the kitchen, living room, and second bathroom are upstairs. Step out your door and you are on the beach.

This San Felipe Vacation Rental has two patios with a charcoal BBQ upstairs. The kitchen has a 4-burner stove with oven, microwave, sink, refrigerator, coffee pot, and dishes for 10 people. All kitchen utensils are provided except for special pots and pans — we suggest you bring your own special items. Make sure to bring charcoal (or buy it here) to prepare that special gourmet meal outside on the patio on your charcoal barbecue. Don't forget your dish soap — it is your responsibility to do your dishes.

The living room has seating for 10+ guests, very nice for family gatherings or a quaint gathering place. Mexican Satellite TV is included (note: if the satellite system is down, we will do our best to get it up, but we offer no refund or discounts if it is down). Depending on your sleeping arrangements, you may need to bring extra bedding, cots, or air mattresses for the 10 people with you. In the wintertime, it gets down to 60°F, so you may need to bring extra blankets.

The patio area includes chairs, a table, and a breathtaking view of San Felipe and the beach. You have two full bathrooms with hot water showers (no tubs in this unit) — one upstairs and one downstairs. The garage is quite big with a hot water shower to get the sand off when you come from the beach.

This San Felipe Vacation Rental is within walking distance to San Felipe's landmarks, close enough to the water to hear the wonderful pounding surf, located at the end of a private road. One of our favorite restaurants is Chuy's Place on Avenida Mar de Cortez — check it out, you won't be disappointed. No towels provided — guests bring all needed towels. Cash rentals only on this home. Monthly rentals available — utilities are additional with a utility security deposit required. Check-in is from 3PM to 8PM. After 8PM, there is a $25 late check-in fee. Come relax in Baja!
