San Felipe is a vibrant and welcoming fishing village, a place where families can rest and recharge under swaying palm trees and on beautiful beaches. It’s here, in the highly sought-after El Dorado Ranch that you’ll find Oso 1. This two-bedroom home is the first home located on the southernmost end of El Dorado Ranch in a set of three that can be booked separately, making it easy for large groups of friends and families to stay close together while still having their own space.

When you pull up to the home you'll notice the classic Mexican architecture, large windows, swaying palm trees, and shady front porch that welcomes you home. The open-concept floor plan makes it easy for one room to flow effortlessly into the next, creating a perfect place for lounging and entertaining. The main living room features authentic Mexican tile work, comfortable furniture, and large windows that allow for plenty of natural light. After a day at the pool or the beach, everyone in the family can find their favorite spot on the comfy furniture and watch a movie. Small details like a soft green accent wall, locally inspired artwork, and decorative light fixtures make this living room a comfortable place that the whole family will love.

The living room flows right into the gourmet kitchen, an open and airy space recently updated with modern appliances and kitchen gadgets. Brew coffee in the coffee maker and enjoy it outside, or use the stove and microwave to cook your family's favorite meal. Before coming to the house, swing by the local grocery store and stock up on your family's favorite foods. There's plenty of room in the kitchen cabinets to keep it all organized. A table and four chairs sits in the middle of the kitchen and is a great place to enjoy a family-style meal after a day exploring San Felipe. When you're not eating together, use this place to open up your laptop, connect to the free Wi-Fi, and get some work done.

The two spacious bedrooms are set off of the common areas, so family members can retreat to the bedrooms for peace and quiet, while others lounge and entertain in the living room and kitchen. The first bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed with name-brand linens and plenty of cozy accent pillows. This room has warm orange and yellow color tones, beach-inspired artwork, and an en-suite bathroom. This spacious bathroom has a hand-painted sink, gorgeous tiled countertops, and a walk-in shower with rain shower features. Each morning, guests in this room can open up the French doors and step out onto the patio for a peaceful way to start their day.

The second bedroom also has a Queen bed, warm color tones, handcrafted furniture, and plenty of outlets to keep your devices charged. This bedroom is just steps from the family bathroom, which also has a gorgeous hand-painted bowl sink, expansive countertops and storage spaces, and a walk-in shower.

There is a washer and dryer in the home as well, making it easy to stay on top of laundry while you’re on vacation. 
As a guest here you have exclusive access to all of the resort's amenities. You'll be given a pool pass to access the sparkling pools and hot tubs, and can also use the tennis courts, public spaces, and beach access points. From here you're just minutes from local grocery stores, restaurants, beach boutiques, and golf courses. Whether you're coming to San Felipe for a romantic getaway, a friends’ retreat, a family reunion, or a business trip, this open-concept home is just minutes from the beach for the perfect way to experience this charming beach town like a local.

The rental comfortably sleeps four guests.  If you bring an airbed, two more guests may be accommodated for a maximum occupancy of six guests.

This rental comes with 4 pool passes only!
If 6 adults rent, only 4 adults can access the pool.
Children 12 years and under do not need pool pass

Swimming pool passes are issued between 8AM - 4:30PM by the resort directly to guests.  If you plan to use the pool on the same day as your arrival, please arrive by 4:30PM.  If you arrive after 4:30PM, you will need to wait until the next day to use the pool....after you pick up your pool pass.
