The apartment Magnolia, is a part of a beautifull Villa Liberty, in the centre of Portese, a wonderful place in San felice del Benaco, just 15 minutes on foot from Salò and from the Port of Portese, where you can find ferry boat, which will take you to most of the lake side town of the Lake Garda.
The accommodation, is located on the first floor,reachable by stairs, consist of: living room with open space kitchen, double room and bathroom with shower. All with the view on a Magnolia Three, from which it took its name.
Near the flat, there are lots of free car park.

The apartment is suitable for couples, who want to appreciate the charm of our Lake and relaxing.
Our location is available in summer and also in winter because is heated autonomously.
We provide for all our guests bed linen, including sheets,pillow cases, towels and free WI-FI.

San Felice was built on a headland on Lake Garda, in the municipality of San felice del Benaco. It is divided in 3 ancient parts: S.Felice, Portese and Cisano.
SAN FELICE HISTORICAL CENTER
The country of St. Felice, preserve in the historical centre the rests of the ancient Castle, the Building Rotingo, built in the XVII century, now centre of the Town hall.
The walk through the centre makes us discover the ex-Mountain Pity of St. Felice, an elegant construction type Venetian, with a with a porch with five arches with square pillars of rusticated stones, The magnificent palace was therefore the seat of the local authority for more than three hundred years until, in 1993,when the seat of the Town Hall was moved to the Rotingo Palace. Now it’s the centre of the Office Information and of a Room of exhibition that entertains lots of shows of contemporary artists.
Parish Church:
Dedicated to the patron saints of the country Saints Felice, Saint Adauto and S.Flavia, whose, the Church house has a valuable Altar painted by the Romanesque
The Baroque Main Church, devoted to the Martyrs S Felice S. Adauto and S.Flavia, is located in the centre of the suburb and it contains valuable works of art, like the Altarpiece of the Romanino, which preserves relics of the Martyrs, for this it is worth a visit.
Just out of the historical centre of St. Felice of the Benaco there is The Sanctuary of the Madonna del Carmine in San Felice on Lake Garda, dating back to the fifteenth century, is in the simple rustic shape characteristic of the last stage of Lombard Gothic architecture, strongly linked to the Romanesque tradition.
The tradition, perhaps mixed with the legend, tells that it was the local fishermen who, with the construction of the church, expressed their gratitude to the Virgin for having so many times saved them from the sudden storms that erupt on the lake and to beg, also for the future, help and protection.
PORTESE
Not to be missed in Portese, near San Felice, its Port and the adjacent beach.
For this it is center of a very active Nautical Circle that promotes various manifestations between which the "Trophy of the Exposition", "He and she" and the great summery initiative "Trans benaco cruise race".
Also worth seeing is the Castle erected in the high Middle Ages to defend the raids of the barbarians, of which there is only a circular tower butt.
On the nearby promontory of San Fermo, in front of the Garda Island, there is the 'church of the same name of the fifteenth century that offers a very suggestive and panoramic image of Lake Garda from above.
CISANO
The small part of Cisano is found on a hill from which the enchanting landscape of the gulf of Salò.
Its name seems you derive from "Caesius" or from the Latin lower part "Caesa" (cut Wood).
