Just moments from the lively dining and shopping options of Pacific Beach and Mission Beach, this residence provides easy access to the sun-kissed coastline, scenic bike paths, and a variety of local attractions. Whether you're here to catch waves, explore the buzzing nightlife, or simply unwind by the ocean, this location puts the best of San Diego right at your doorstep.

Inside, the home features three comfortable bedrooms — including a spacious king suite with an ensuite bathroom and two queen bedrooms — plus two full bathrooms and a convenient half bath. The open-concept living area is flooded with natural light, with a cozy fireplace and a TV perfect for relaxing evenings. The fully equipped kitchen and adjacent dining space with seating for six make it easy to gather and enjoy meals together. Additional comforts include a washer and dryer and a private backyard outfitted with seating — ideal for quiet mornings or evening conversations under the stars.

Deemed “America's Finest City,” San Diego lives up to its nickname. From riding waves to riding Belmont Park's seafront roller coaster, there's plenty to do in this upbeat, laid-back seaside destination. Ride a bike to La Jolla Cove to watch sea lions sunbathe before dining on authentic Mexican fare. This is the burrito capital of the world, after all! With SeaWorld, Legoland, and one of the best zoos in the country, it's playtime all the time in this sunny Southern California city.

Home Truths:
- Please note that the A/C is currently out of order.
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Trash cans are located behind the building, behind a wooden gate near the parking area. To access them, guests must go through two sets of gates.
- A hard key to access the bins is provided in a lockbox.
- Bookings must be made at least 24 hours before check-in. Same-day bookings are not permitted.
- Absolutely no exterior amplified music is allowed. Violations will result in a $500 fine.
- While we do our best to notify guests in advance, unannounced power outages may occur due to unexpected city maintenance.
- No events are allowed unless pre-approved and coordinated through Avantstay. This includes but is not limited to: rehearsal dinners, wedding receptions, birthday parties, and social gatherings.
- All guests must comply with local laws regarding outdoor lighting, quiet hours, and limitations on parties or gatherings.

Parking Details:
- One parking space is available behind the building near the back gate. Street parking is permitted except on Wednesday nights due to street sweeping at 1 AM on Thursdays.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.

We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.

Fun spot for weekend in Pacific Beach

Check in was easy and hosts were very responsive to questions. The neighborhood is great, easy walk to fun bars and restaurants in PB. The home is simple but had what we needed. Beds were extremely comfortable.Only complaint is that the home had extremely loud air conditioning equipment on the roof above the upper floor bedrooms and bathrooms. Didn't ruin our trip, but be aware if you are sensitive to sounds.

Great location

Great location. Many walkable options for restaurants. Parking was extremely difficult in designated spot and street parking had a lot of standing water which smelled awful. I messaged confirming parking but received a text the following day. Also received check out information at 4 pm that day when check out is at 11 am.
