The Space:

This spacious, two-story townhome is the perfect home base for your family's San Diego vacation. Located in the highly sought-after North Pacific Beach neighborhood, you'll be just a short, four-block walk to the beach. Leave the car behind and stroll to some of the area's best family-friendly restaurants and cafes.



Fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, glassware, wine glasses, silverware, coffee pot, Keurig, toaster and more. We have everything you need to prepare meals or BBQ. We provide coffee (regular & decaf), teas, creamer and sugars.



The home offers plenty of room for everyone to relax. All three bedrooms are on the second floor:



The master bedroom has a king bed and a private en-suite bathroom.



The second bedroom features a queen bed.



The third bedroom has a full bed.

A second full bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway to serve the two additional bedrooms.



The highlight of the home is the private rooftop deck, a fantastic spot for both kids and adults. Enjoy family movie nights on the outdoor flat-screen TV, grab a cold drink from the mini-fridge, and let the grown-ups unwind in the hot tub after a fun-filled day at the beach.



The living space is located on the first floor. The second floor has all 3 bedrooms and bathrooms along with the laundry. On the private roof top deck, you can enjoy the hot tub, couch, bistro table & chairs, firepit and big screen TV and mini fridge

Carport parking only, assigned space.

Pacific Beach neighborhood, walking distance to Tourmaline beach. Popular surfing spot.



Other Things to Note:

Stays 31 days or longer are exempt from paying the transient occupancy tax.



Interaction with Guests:

I prefer to leave our guests alone but other am available 24/7 should you need anything.
