Stylish PB Bungalow, just Blocks to the Beach

Summary:

Wonderfully located 2 bedroom 1 bath beach bungalow. In the heart of Pacific Beach just 3 blocks to the ocean, 4 blocks to the bay, and 2 blocks from the bustling business district on Garnet. We provide everything you need for the beach so pack some bags, park your car in the designated spot and head out to take in the best weather in the world!



The Space:

Light and bright 2 bedroom with 1 queen bed each. A smart television and high-speed internet for entertainment (or work...). The bungalow has a private outdoor space as well off the kitchen.

1 full bath (w/ a tub)

Fully stocked kitchen

1 assigned parking space

Shared bbq

Washer and dryer is coin operated

Wall heater

Window air conditoner in living room and 1 bedroom.

Guest Access:

The entire unit is yours. There is also an assigned parking space off the alley behind the building. And we have a shared garage with all the beach amenities you will need during your visit.



The Neighborhood:

Pacific Beach is one of the best spots in San Diego. Great bars and restaurants are all within 5-10 minutes on foot. The beach vibe is alive here but you are just far enough away from the beach that you can leave behind the late-night noise and craziness and wind down in peace.



Getting Around:

The unit comes with a designated parking spot for one car in the alleyway behind the garage. However, if your vehicle is over 15 feet, it will not fit in the spot. Street parking is easy to come by. We've partnered with a local company, PB Golf Cart Rentals, that offers daily rentals in a customized Golf Cart. With flexible pricing and local pickup & drop-off, you’re minutes away from riding around San Diego in style. Please mention that Vacation Rentals By Aaron sent you!



Other Things to Note:

For stays longer than 30 days, I require a deposit in the amount of one month's rent to be paid offline due 60 days prior to arrival as well as a formal lease agreement.



Beach Equipment: despite the inclusion of snorkeling gear, we do not offer it at our rentals



Interaction with Guests:

Check-in is virtual, as you'll be provided with a digital Guest Portal and a personalized door code. Vacation Rentals by Aaron is a full-service property management company, and will be available 24-7 in case you need anything during your stay.

This place was in a great location! The owner was quick to respond when we had concerns. The AC unit in the living room window had a change filter light on, the one in the bedroom worked well, but if you were in the other bedroom it was very warm at night. The shower wasn't especially clean. The Wi-Fi was out on two different occasions, and when we went to throw our trash out before our check out, the dumpster was locked.

This VRBO was perfect for our stay. It was incredibly spacious compared to most places I've stayed in over the years, so very comfortable for 2 couples. The beds and pillows were comfortable as well. The unit had everything we needed and was situated in a great location where we could walk everywhere (grocery store, restaurants, bike rental shop). We had use of beach chairs, boogies boards, and umbrellas (didn't need) which made our beach days really comfy and fun. The parking spot was easy to access. The outside space with tables out back was really nice too because we sat out there and enjoyed breakfast and morning coffee and played card games at night. The host was awesome at communication and extremely helpful. I would absolutely stay here again.

Amazing location

My friends and I had the best time at this location! The host was extremely kind and communicative and the overall booking process was very straightforward. My friends and I spent the days at the beach, shopping, and going on long walks through Pacific Beach and spent the nights out on the town! This location is close to amazing restaurants and fun bars and the community was great!

Great location and price

Easy walk to Pacific Beach, grocery store, restaurants, and more. This property has a lot to offer: free parking (1 spot), beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, etc), smart TV, keyless entry, shared BBQ grill, pod coffee machine, and strong Wifi. We stayed for 10 days and got to know the quirks of this older property. The electricity is not strong (making coffee dims the lights). One bedroom does not have AC, only ceiling fan. We decided to open windows instead, but many stick and/or have to be propped open. Beds are moderately comfortable and there is some traffic noise, especially on weekends. Laundry is not as shown in photo. Instead it is an older top load machine, pay with app. Recommend using the laundromat down the street instead. I saw one smoke detector but did not find a fire extinguisher. Despite these small things, it was overall a great price and comfortable stay for 10 days.

Nice, cozy decorated rental minutes from the beach. Grocery store, restaurants, and shops are all walking distance as well. Great communication with the nice hosts. A few minor issues like light bulb burnt out and bathroom window not closing smoothly on its track. But everything else was fine.

Great PB Location!

Great location, easy access to the beach and bars/restaurants. The rental had full kitchen which was great for my group and had A/C which definitely helped with cooling off after beach. Hosts were super responsive and easy to work with!

La maison n etait pas propre .nous avons loué 12 jours ,pas de balais ni de serpillière pour entretenir la maison . Nous avons du acheter un balais et des serpillières jetable pour nettoyer.Nous sommes arrivés dans une maison dégueulasse ' les clims ne marchait pas. GREAT Location

Wonderful!

This property was an excellent fit for our family of four. The sleeping arrangements were comfortable. We had everything we needed for the beach. The walk to the beach was not far. The neighborhood was quiet. There were many great restaurant options nearby, and the parking was a huge bonus! We will be returning again! Highly recommend! Also, the hosts were amazing and always got right back to us.

Great location

The location is great. It is close to restaurants, freeways, and the beach. The house is a little noisy next to the road. There was an air mattress, pack and play, and high chair available for our use which was really nice. When we arrived, there weren’t any towels and the shower curtain rod was laying on a bed and the bathroom was not put back together after the last clean. We had to set the shower curtain back up and finish cleaning the bathroom. The host brought towels the next day. Overall, it was a great stay. Nothing fancy but nice for the price.
