Great Location

Bruce was very communicative - proactively and quick to answer any questions I had. The property was just as described. It was a great homebase for us and was centrally located for us and within easy walking distance to the beach. The condo was equipped with a wagon, beach umbrella, chairs and towel clips which was wonderful since we flew in. Shower was 10/10!

We had a lovely stay. Cleanliness was sub-par with a stained comforter and old coffee grounds in the pot. The owner was extremely apologetic and let us know where a clean comforter could be found (although we didnā€™t need it since it was quite warm in the room).

week-end gateway at Mission Bay

Communication from Bruce was excellent, the condo has everything you need to feel confortable with a "at home feel".We enjoyed the proximity of the beaches, of the restaurants and boardwalks.When booking, we didn't realize the condo is located right in the Airport plane lane for take off and landing, it can be very loud. It's a chance we had our ear plug with us, otherwise it can be in the way of a good sleep.Beautiful view from the balcony, sound of the ocean is present, the jaccuzi was well appreciated after our long walks. Highly recommend!

Love This Place/Location

While we had a couple hiccups upon arrival, Bruce was very responsive and everything was quickly resolved. We love this location and the complex is very quiet and peaceful. It's a short walk to a nearby market for supplies and also a variety of dining options within walking distance or if you're not a walker, a short Uber/Lift ride. We've been staying at this complex for over 7 yrs and will continue to return. This particular unit was very clean with all necessary kitchen supplies, etc. Very nice bathroom and bedroom.

Great place to relax, feel the ocean breeze in the bedroom, and start your beach vacation. Great location for morning walks along the beach, whether oceanside or bayside, to start your day. Just understand that during the summer, getting to the property will take some time. . I will be recommending this place to all my friends and family.

Beach, Bay and Park at your feet.

This is a neat and tidy place in a prime location. You literally have an enormous beach, bay and park right there. It is a laid-back area. I stayed during the week and it was totally uncrowded and quiet, which is unusual in San Diego. There is an excellent coffee shop with yummy food that is a short walk down the street.

Best place ever!

The property is located at the tip of Mission Beach. The view is incredible and visible from living room area, and on the porch, where there is a nice bench to sit on while you enjoy watching sea lions, dolphins, and boats pass by. There are other vacation rentals at the same place and all of the other guests were very respectful!

Nice one bedroom condo, had everything we needed. There are no usb plug ins, so bring plugs. bathroom is small but medicine cabinet can hold a lot of toiletries. Only one small set of drawers, so hubby kept clothes in suitcase. Hot tub access was nice. Kitchen was stocked for what we needed. Large fridge. Overall fine for what we needed.

The location was great. We were here to visit grandkids close by so weā€™re out most of the day. Although the space is small it is well appointed, very clean and provides a nice view of the bay! A bonus is having a garage.

Cozy residence with Beautiful Sunset View

The residence area is not very big, but cozy for two. Saved money having our own kitchen to cook in. Mini AC unit was nice in the afternoons when the living room area has sun exposure, but also provided a really nice view of the bay and a distant view of the ocean. Garage is small. Nissan Altima only had about 8 inches of room front to back. Needed the garage door open to get around the car. Once parked, we walked to nearby Belmont Park and ocean keeping our car nice and safe.

Great location, host very communicative. Really appreciated all of the kitchen essentials like coffee and dishwasher pods. Would definitely stay at this property again. Check in very easy. Arrived late (Cannonball sushi restaurant was still open, has a full bar, and we liked what we ordered) Garage door opens ā€œoutā€ so make sure to stand aside when using the keypad. Nice grills in the common area. Loved the path steps outside of property for morning run and walks - Very picturesque views of both water and landscape on these paths. Have lunch overlooking the marina at Point Loma Seafoods and grab fish to grill at the unit for dinner. Check out San Diego Zoo!
