✹ GENERAL: The property combines two units in one stay and is exclusively yours during your reservation, except for locked storage areas. Please note there may be neighboring units nearby as part of a multi-unit property setup.

✹ COMPLIMENTARY ESSENTIALS: We provide guests with a starter pack of body wash, shampoo, conditioner, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent to help you settle in comfortably.

✹ PARKING: Parking is accessed through the alley behind the property. Guests have access to tandem parking spaces located to the right of the front door, along with garage parking for 1 standard-sized vehicle. Free street parking and additional nearby parking are also available.

✹ WORK FROM HOME: Free high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout both units, making it easy to work remotely, stream, or stay connected during your stay.

✹ PET POLICY: Please do not allow pets on beds or furniture. Any pet urine or feces inside the home will incur an additional cleaning fee on top of the pet fee. Excessive pet hair on beds or furniture may result in an additional $50 cleaning fee.

✹ SELF CHECK-IN: Easy self-check-in is available via the front door lockbox/keypad system. Prior to your arrival, you will receive your access code and full check-in instructions for a smooth arrival experience.

✹ GUESTS: The base rate covers up to 6 guests. Any additional overnight guests must be disclosed in advance and are subject to a fee of $50 per guest, per day. Undisclosed overnight guests are not allowed.

✹ NO PARTIES: Parties or events are strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized party or gathering will result in a $500 fine, cancellation of the reservation, and guests will be asked to leave immediately. We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy to respect the neighborhood and surrounding residents.

✹ NOISE POLICY: Please be respectful of our neighbors and the residential community. Quiet hours are from 9 PM – 7 AM. No outdoor music after 10 PM and no loud noise at any time. The property may have exterior noise monitoring devices, and guests may receive notifications if excessive noise levels are detected. Speakers with bass are not allowed.

✹ CAMERAS: Exterior security cameras may be installed outside the property for safety and security purposes only. These devices monitor outdoor areas and help verify when the property is vacant.

✹ IMPORTANT NOTE: This property is part of a multi-unit residential building. One unit is located on the ground floor and another unit is located upstairs on the second floor. While the neighborhood is generally quiet and residential, guests should expect occasional normal neighborhood and shared-property sounds during their stay.
