Cozy Studio nestled in the most desirable location in Pacific Beach, North PB. Tourmaline Beach and Surf Park just 2 ½ blocks away. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, within walking distance to great resturants, bars, coffee shops, grocery store and Bird Rock (la Jolla); Far enough from the hustle and bustle but close enough to enjoy it!

The studio is high end and well appointed. It comes complete with a large Flat Screen television, Wi-Fi, Direct TV, fully furnished kitchen, breakfast table, chest of drawers, Queen Diamond Mattress, convertible leather futon (fresh linens included), sky light, and beach essentials! You will find everything you need to enjoy the beach! Beach chairs, fresh towels, boogie boards and a Soft Surfboard.

Pet Friendly. The quaint courtyard is beautifully landscaped and has a BBQ and Teak Picnic Table and is shared with two other great rentals.

The entire studio is only yours to use. The outside courtyard is a common space, shared with 2 townhomes in the back. The front sitting area is just for you.

North Pacific Beach is one of the Best Beach Towns in San Diego! Close to everything yet far enough enjoy the peace and quiet. Only 2 short blocks to the beach, a grocery store, and many different restaurants.

The proximity to the beach, airport, and other points of interest make this a nice place to stay. It was perfect for 2 people who were looking to do some sightseeing before catching the Mexican Riviera cruise.

The unit is very nice. The address can’t be seen from the street. The check in process was horrible. The owner and her husband yelled at me over the phone because I went to the wrong unit and disturbed the other tenants. They told me to apologize to THEM (owners) or they would cancel my booking. Very rude couple. They did have bikes but the tires were flat.

I honestly did not know what to expect when I booked this studio based on the pictures, but I am so glad I did. The space was actually not that small as I had thought- It was the perfect space for my little one and I. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The studio was well kept and was in a nice residential quiet neighborhood and only two blocks away from the beach. Also, we never had any issues finding street parking at all! Would definitely book here again :)!

We really enjoyed our time here! Clean space, perfect for the two of us to relax after some busy day exploring the area and doing wedding events. The nice walk to the beach was a great way to start or end the day; we didn’t end up getting to use the beach equipment but they looked to be in good shape. Kitchen is the perfect size for reheating leftovers or making small meals, and was well stocked with things we needed. It was a perfect location to get to the airport/downtown SD area to do museums and the zoo, and get up the coast to La Jolla area. We loved being able to walk to several restaurants for breakfast or dinner when we were back in the area. Parking on the street can be busy on good surf days and/or weekends, but we never had to walk more than a block or so. We felt very safe walking anywhere in the area and neighborhood. Highly recommend this place for a couple looking to enjoy a wonderful beach vacation!

Great little place in an excellent location! Our only complaint was that the place had not been cleaned when we checked in, however, the owner quickly sent a team over to get it ready. Very responsive and an overall wonderful experience!

This was such a cute little studio with a great location. My dogs and I walked down to the beach each morning, and then to get coffee. Great location with night life not too far, while being very peaceful. I would definitely go back with my pups!

DREAM Rental Stay Experience

Rental was closer to the beach than we originally thought, location is an A! Bikes were super helpful, just had to call the maintenance man to adjust the height of the bike seats. Rental was fully stocked with the essentials, if we would have known we would’ve packed less (shampoo, conditioner, soap, ice cube tray, cooking tools, reusable containers,etc). Overall a 10/10 experience!

Cozy and Comfortable

I was there for a tournament and the location was perfect, the commute was easy and direct. The neighborhood was quiet. Parking was a challenge nightly but other than that my stay was great! We felt safe walking back to the house even when we had to park far away. Thank you.

Perfect for a weekend getaway.

This little place was exactly what they advertised it to be. It’s little, but perfect for a single person or couple wanting to get away for a few days. The only thing that I’d recommend is getting there VERY EARLY on a week day if possible for parking. You must park on the street, and there is terrible parking availability close to the property unless you get there when people are leaving for work. With that written, once you park, everything you need is within walking distance! I highly recommend ‘Latitude 32’, a little bar and grill right down the street.

Great location- perfect for 1 person

Great location near Tourmaline surfing beach. Property has just about everything you could need for your stay. I was there for 1.5 months and overall was satisfied with my stay. Best suited for a single or couple. There is noise from the main house with moving furniture that sometimes goes on much later than desired, even though there are quiet hours. They need to put a rug or furniture sliders under the furniture/bar stools in the adjacent house to alleviate the excessive noise. The noise is very dependent on who is staying in the main house. Most people are quiet. Over my 1.5 months I had about 10 nights of very noisy neighbors moving furniture around late at night. There are also a fair bit of daddy long leg spiders that will share your space. They don't bother anything (and are harmless) but it's worth noting if you have a fear of spiders. The groundskeepers are very nice and take care of any issues that come up. Also, having a bikes and surfboards were a nice bonus. I had my own board and there was space for storage outside. Overall, I would recommend the property.

Our Honeymoon Highlight

My wife and I recently stayed here for several nights during our honeymoon and we absolutely loved it! The studio is stocked with everything we needed to cook and clean. We loved walking down to the beach to watch countless surfers catch waves. The sunsets were beautiful. When we weren’t at the beach we were exploring what San Diego has to offer ( which is a lot). It was an amazing experience. :)

Unbelievable location and Cozy Stay

Richard and Team's studio offers a one of a kind location in North PB only a few blocks from Tourmaline beach and featuring everything you'd really need including amenities like bikes and surfboards. Would recommend to anyone traveling solo or as a couple looking to take advantage of the San Diego beach
