You will be able to walk to great brewpubs and restaurants in just minutes. Stroll down Voltaire street and engage all your senses for all kinds of delights and sights. Our studio is located in one of the most desirable areas in Ocean beach. No matter what direction you head, you will find yourself immersed in the pulse and grove of OB. Located only 3 blocks from one of the most popular beaches in San Diego and the famous OB Pier. Short-Term Residential Occupancy License: STR-06950L

Stroll down to the beach, or mosey along popular Newport Ave. OB offers new brewpubs, fun restaurants, antique shops, surf shops, surfing, taquerias, and great sunsets.

Perfect for a romantic getaway or road trip destination!

There is no A/C but being so close to the beach, you get a great sea breeze, but just in case, there is a portable fan (stored in the closet).

Thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between stays and contact-free check-in. Check out our other units if this one is unavailable!

Overall a good stay. The property is exactly as pictured. Pros very close to the beach, clean, fairly easy to park. Cons airplane noise is very loud, the bed was a full size and tight for two people (it was me and my 18 year old daughter and it felt too small). I would say if youā€™re just looking for a small spot to sleep and be close to the beach, it does the job!

When we arrived to stay in our place, everything looked fine and cleanly; however, when we pulled up the sheets there were many crusty stains as if nothing had been washed. Given that we got in late, we didnt have many options to go stay elsewhere.Other than that, the place was ok.

Great, clean, fully equipped bungalow in OB 10/10 *

This was the best place I have stayed with VRBO!! 10/10 stars. I felt safe, clean and comfortable bungalow, near eateries, shopping and the host was great! Communication with the host was awesome, they answered my call and kept me informed of little details of my rental. Itā€™s a hour or so walk to Sunset Cliffs and worth it!! 20 minutes walk to dog beach & beach. Iā€™d stay here again!!

Overall the place is fairly small, in my opinion perfect for a couples weekend get away. 15 min from downtown San Diego, balboa park, waterfront park, etc. The one downside is the parking which can be a head ache but with the great weather if San Diego, a short 2-3 min walk is nothing.

Just what you need.

This little studio was just what I needed. It was clean, the appliances were fresh and functional, and the bathroom was updated. At the same time, the vintage vibe was preserved with the original cabinetry and beadboard ceiling. I felt safe and tucked away. My visit coincided with the heat wave and hurricane Kay so a little AC would have been welcomed, but the weather event was a one off. I will rent this property again.

Super cute house in a fun area

Loved staying here! I came for a weekend trip with my fiancĆ© and we had a great time! Itā€™s in such a cute hippy area, we just parked the car and was able to walk to the beach and food no problem! (Beach is about 15-20 minute walk) Few things to note, the windows need to be open to cool the place down in the day so it seems very loud but at night itā€™s surprisingly quiet, we closed the windows and sky light and you hear nothing and the house stays cool with the fan on. There are planes flying over head during the day but they donā€™t between 10pm-7am so you donā€™t need to worry about not being able to sleep at night. If your planning on sleeping in super late, bring some ear plugs and an eye mask because itā€™s super sunny in the morning, and the house has a lot of natural light from the sky light. I highly recommend this place, we felt super safe and had a blast!
