Modern Family Retreat w/Putting Green, Fire Pit - Near Zoo, Beaches, Downtown

This home is used by my family and is meticulously cared for. We recently renovated the home to an open concept layout, remodeled the kitchen and 2.5 bathrooms, and built a backyard specifically for relaxing and entertaining.

• Central heating and air conditioning for year-round comfort
• Reliable high speed mesh internet throughout the home and backyard
• 65” smart TV in living room
• Foosball table
• Golden Tee / Midway arcade machine with 20 games (golden tee, rampage, tapper, paperboy, and more)
• Electric fireplace - faux fire for mood lighting and optional heater for chillier nights
• Misc board games and playing cards

KITCHEN
• Fully stocked kitchen with tableware, glassware, cookware, and anything else you need to cook and entertain indoors and outdoors
• Olive oil, salt, pepper, and basic spices
• Keurig mini coffee machine - coffee pods and creamer provided
• Standard drip coffee machine - coffee filters provided (pre-ground coffee only since we don’t have a coffee grinder)
• Electric kettle/water heater

BEDROOMS
• Bedroom 1 (primary): King bed w/private en suite bathroom, closet, ceiling fan, 50" smart TV, room darkening shades
• Bedroom 2: King bed, electric standing desk and chair/work station, closet, room darkening shades
• Bedroom 3: Queen bed, closet, room darkening shades
• Bedroom 4: Bunk bed (full on bottom, twin on top w/250lb weight limit), room darkening shades

BATHROOMS: All essentials provided - shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer (1), towels, make-up towels, extra toilet paper

PARKING
• Plenty of free street parking right in front of the home
• 1 car can be parked on the driveway as long as it does not block the sidewalk

WASHER/DRYER
• Available for longer stays, upon request (located in the garage)

HOUSE RULES
We take great pride in maintaining this home for ourselves and other guests to enjoy. Please treat it as if it were your own home
• No late night parties/gatherings
• No smoking of any kind in or around the home
• No pets
• No loud music outdoors
• Quiet Hours: 10pm-7am. We have very friendly, welcoming neighbors. Please be respectful of the quiet hours.
• Outdoor activities must end before 10pm
