GOOD TO KNOW

-Coastal home comfort: Coastal San Diego is known for mild weather, ocean-moderated temperatures, and cool evenings, even in summer. Like many Ocean Beach and Point Loma homes, this home does not have central A/C, but it is equipped with two QuietCool whole-house fans that bring in cool coastal air and help keep the home comfortable. Additional fans are also provided in each bedroom.

-Location note: San Diego’s airport is centrally located, and airplane noise can be heard at the home, as in many nearby coastal neighborhoods. The airport has an 11:30 PM departure curfew, and sound machines and earplugs are provided in each bedroom for added comfort. The location offers easy access to the beaches, downtown, Liberty Station, SeaWorld, and other major attractions.

-IDs and security deposits when applicable will be requested after booking.

-Security Devices & Decibel Monitor: For guest and property safety, exterior security cameras/smart doorbells may monitor the front entry and driveway. Cameras do not monitor the inside of the home.
A noise decibel monitor is present to help ensure compliance with quiet hours and local noise rules. It measures sound levels only and does not record conversations.
There are no cameras or recording devices inside the home.

-Amenity availability: Amenities are maintained to the best of our ability. While occasional issues may arise, we will address concerns promptly. Temporary amenity interruptions do not qualify for refunds.


HOUSE RULES

-Booking guest must be at least 25 years old.
-No parties or events. The City of San Diego has very strict short-term rental policies. This is a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood, and we ask all guests to be respectful of our neighbors.
- Maximum occupancy is 12 guests. No additional visitors are permitted.
-Guests who receive noise complaints or exceed the maximum occupancy may be required to vacate the property immediately without refund, in accordance with VRBO policies, and may be subject to City of San Diego fines.
-3 vehicles maximum.
-No smoking or vaping inside or outside on the property.
-Pets are not allowed.
-Check-in is 4:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM.
