Guests have access to everything in the main 4 Bed 2 Bath home, driveway and on-street parking.

The side yards, backyard sheds, and fenced pool equipment areas are locked for pool maintenance items.

There is a separate 1-bedroom apartment at the front of the property with a long-term tenant. It’s fully private with its own entrance and separated from the guest space by privacy screening, so there are no shared indoor areas or interactions needed.

You’ll have exclusive use of the main house, backyard, pool, and hot tub during your stay.

Locked cabinets/closets are for cleaners and owner supply uses only.

Located in the quiet, residential neighborhood of Clairemont Mesa, this area offers a comfortable and convenient home base for exploring San Diego. You’ll have easy access to major freeways, local shops, restaurants, and grocery stores.

Outdoor spots like Mission Bay and nearby beaches are just a short drive away, making this an ideal location for both relaxation and city adventures.

Getting around is easy from this centrally located home in Clairemont Mesa. Major freeways like I-5, I-805, and Hwy 52 are just minutes away, making it simple to reach downtown San Diego, the beaches, and surrounding neighborhoods.

Driving is the most convenient option, but rideshares and public transit are also readily available nearby. Popular areas such as Mission Bay, Pacific Beach, and La Jolla are all a short drive from the property.

*San Diego has a noise ordinance 10pm-7am in residential zones.

To help us maintain a respectful environment, we kindly ask that you:

Keep music and conversation at a considerate volume, especially in the evenings

Wrap up outdoor activities by 9:00 PM Sunday–Thursday and 10:00 PM on Friday & Saturday

*No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property
*Small pets are allowed based on prior approval and at an added cost of $50 per pet per day- if you do plan to bring along a pet, please note this upon booking!


*NOISE WARNING
Birds LOVE our neighborhood and chirp at all times of the day and night. For restful nights and to avoid the noise, close all windows and doors as you sleep, there are also fans in each room, as well as several HEPA air purifiers for noise control.

*HOT TUB TEMP & INFO
The hot tub does take some time to get fully hot so please let us know before booking if you plan to use it and we will be sure to have it ready and if the hot tub cover is left off for a long duration of time it could cause the hot tub to not reach its maximum temperature, please cover the hot tub when not in use.

*MANDATORY WAIVER & SWIMMING POOL USE AGREEMENT
All guests, including children and any visitors, must review and sign the Swimming Pool Waiver and Release of Liability Agreement before using the pool or hot tub. This applies to anyone who enters the water or the surrounding deck area.

Use is strictly prohibited without a signed waiver. No exceptions.

Guests acknowledge that swimming carries inherent risks. No lifeguard is on duty. Children must be supervised at all times. Use of the pool or hot tub while intoxicated is not permitted.

A separate waiver form will be provided and must be signed to confirm your understanding and acceptance of these terms. Failure to comply will result in immediate revocation of pool/hot tub access.

*KEEP OUR POOL & JACUZZI CLEAN
Please rinse off before entering and refer to the reservation instructions at check in to chemically service the hot tub for longer stays.

Additional Note:

Any cancellations that occur within the cancellation window will be refunded in full according to the cancellation policy, except for the merchant fee we are charged for the transaction by our credit card processor. That merchant fee is typically around 3%. We do not refund that amount. Otherwise, we would lose money on your cancellation.
Absolutely no smoking, and absolutely no parties, 100% forfeiture of deposit, and immediate removal from the property if guests break any of these rules.
