ROOMS-Primary room has a KING size bed & a large luxe private bathroom with 2 sinks & a TV. Second room has a QUEEN bed with a private designer bathroom & a TV. Third room has TWO FULL beds, a TV, with use of a full designer bathroom (with tub) in the hallway. All memory mattresses are extremely comfortable with hotel quality crisp white linens & towels for your convenience. Rooms are all decorated with attention to details and comfort. Each of the bathrooms all have hair dryers, complimentary shampoo, conditioner & gel body wash. In the hallway cabinet 4 beach towels are also provided for guests to use. Each bedroom has an extra blanket in the closet.

KITCHEN is open, spacious and has a Keurig coffeemaker, microwave, blender, toaster, cafe appliances, a dishwasher & a huge waterfall marble kitchen island. Kitchen is also FULLY stocked with all cooking utensils, pots/pans & appliances you need for cooking. Stove has a gas range along with a griddle, large double sink. The dining room has a table for 8. Dining room table or kitchen island are perfect areas to sit and work at as well. Due to hygienic reasons & expiration dates, hosts do not provide condiments or cooking ingredients/seasonings. To get you started upon your arrival, we do provide a salt & pepper shaker, 2 complimentary coffee pods, 2 dishwasher pods, 2 laundry pods, extra trash bags, cleaning spray, sponge, extra paper towel roll and a welcome basket that includes an olive oil packet, popcorn, candies & gummy fruit snacks. A first aid kit is also provided in the bar cabinet.

LIVING ROOM has a large sectional that fits 6-8 people comfortably with a 65" TV along with High-speed internet connection. Media cabinet has several board games, playing cards and puzzles.

Enjoy the GAME ROOM that's located in the garage which includes a 2 player arcade basketball game, a foos ball table, and a NBA Jam 4 player arcade video game. Plus a bar table and chairs to hang out in. Full size Washer & Dryer available in the garage as well. There is also 2 beach chairs & a beach umbrella available for guests to use.

BACKYARD features a brand new BBQ, a comfortable seating area/couch with a propane fire pit to hang out and relax in (seats up to 8 people). Also has a dining table that seats up to 6 with an umbrella for those sunny days and a corn hole game.

The neighborhood is in a central area of San Diego and is located in an easy location to get to many popular destinations such as Downtown, the beaches, SeaWorld, SDSU, Snapdragon Stadium, Balboa Park and more.

Other things to note:
There are security cameras on the exterior of the property for safety reasons. Please be aware that there is a unit located on the side of the property that has a separate private entrance. That unit is occupied only when the owners are in town.

Also please note that we do not allow bachelor/bachelorette, baby showers, reunions, photo shoots, commercial use or any sort of large gatherings or party weekends or events. We do not allow any modifications made to the home including decorations being hung on the walls or anything being altered in the home without permission from owners.

While we are a family friendly home, please note that the home is not specifically set up or proofed for babies or toddlers. We do not provide equipment (cribs, highchairs, play pins etc.) due to hygienic and liability reasons. The game room and board game/activities provided are intended for children over 5.
