Everything about this vacation was hassle free. Great customer service. Beautiful location. This home was such a warm, cozy, homie feel. A lot of time was spent in the family room just sitting around talking. Everyday we noticed something more in those that made so much more beautiful. You can tell a lot of effort goes into this home decorations cleaning and making it. Cozy place for guests. Definitely recommend. One negative thing which is not the house isssue…the beach is definitely not a beach to honest and relax you can’t access it. It is defiantly more of just the sunset “cliffs” very beautiful though!

We had a great stay for Spring Break at this home with our 4 kids. The house was clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We had groceries delivered (contact provided through the property manager) and also had baby items delivered. The property manager was very accessible when we had questions and helped us resolve minor issues quickly. There was a tenant in the above garage apartment but we only saw her twice, did not interfere with our stay or experience. We felt safe in this home. Our 12 year old daughter stayed in the back house by herself without any issues. We loved having the hot tub, would be nice to have it serviced mid-week, it got a little mirky by the end of our stay (which was our fault!) because we used it so much! Overall, loved this home, would go back and stay again!

This home is as described. Very nice home, well maintained, very comfortable. The backyard is really nice. I wish we would have had more time to stay and enjoy all this home had to offer. The beds are comfortable. The twin beds were a little squeaky. So close to the beach and Sunset cliffs. Would stay here again.

The property was awesome, the backyard space with the hottub was super clutch. The property management was super flexible, allowing one of our group to enter the property slightly ahead of check-in time to decorate for the Bachelorette. They also approved a late checkout which was super helpful for our group. Thank you so much!

We were in San Diego to celebrate a major milestone for our son who is in the military. The property was perfectly positioned in a beautiful neighborhood and the property fully suited our needs. The house is perfectly maintained and has all the amenities a family needs to enjoy their time on the California coast. Whether in winter or summer, this house has everything you could need to make the most of the seasons and enjoy a relaxing stay. The owners and property management were a pleasure to work with while booking our trip and they were immediately responsive to our questions and needs throughout. I highly recommmend this property

This house is unassuming at first but as we got settled into the home, we really enjoyed it. The only drawback was that we couldn’t get the TV in the main room to show local channels and the initial communication wasn’t helpful, so we gave up. Suggest displaying step by step instructions in the home. Otherwise, we would definitely stay here again!!!!

Great outdoor space in an ideal climate. Exceptionally well equipped kitchen/home in great location. It was quite spendy but we had a great stay and offer only two concerns: The check in instructions were to obtain a key from the lockbox and it worked poorly/unreliably in front door lock. We discovered the code for the lockbox also worked on the front door keypad. Not very clear written instructions and contact did not seem to know either. The separate bedroom has living quarters in the backyard has tenants above that came in and made a lot of noise 2-3am each night.

What a lovely home. My family and I stayed at this home for an extended weekend this May and being San Diego natives, we were quite impressed with this house. The house is extremely well stocked, decorated beautifully, with more than the average rental. We made big dinners every night and the house has every size pan you could ever need, including casserole dishes, bowels, pans, etc, and all the appliances were very nice. There was not a coffee pot, only a Keurig, so we actually bought a small coffee pot at Target to use for the weekend. There was ample space for everyone throughout the house, including the casita in the back. The back yard is well manicured and the flow of the house is very conducive to family time. There’s a wood burning fire place in the back, as well as a pizza oven and full outdoor kitchen. The location is absolutely wonderful, only a few blocks to the cliffs and a little over a mile to the actual sand beach. Although, there are a few local known beaches beneath the cliffs if you don’t mind a little effort. There are two very close liquor stores, within a couple blocks, and the neighborhood is very quiet. Vacasa was responsive to any questions, so that was appreciated however we wish more care was taken to accommodate a two hour earlier check-in. We had a small baby who hadn’t napped during our long day of travel and although we had arrived to the house two hours early, we were not allowed an early check in. We received general responses from Vacasa that if an earlier check in was available, we would be notified. This, we had to sit outside the house until 4pm but no one was there cleaning it or doing any work so we were disappointed with their management of our request. Not knowing the status of the house and continuing to give auto-responses seems like a lazy way of doing business. The only MAJOR issue we had was that there are actually other people LIVING at the house in the room/unit above the casita. We were quite surprised to have two women walking around in the drive way and with clear view of the backyard. It was never once mentioned in the description and no one bothered to inform us at any point. This was extremely disappointing and dampened how “at home” we could be knowing strangers had a clear view of the backyard and into the living room. We found that to be a very big lapse in communication and something that should have been fully conveyed to potential renters.
