Relax by the beautiful heated pool and spa, outside builtin kitchen area and bar with BBQ and refrigerator. The accommodation offers 5 beautiful elegant well appointed bedrooms 2 of which are master suites. There is a large well stocked kitchen with formal living room and dining room. You will not want to leave.... My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and larger family. On a major artery, 10 minute drive to nightlife of Gaslamp, San Diego Airport, downtown and Seaworld, Balboa Park and San Diego Zoo.
Not Forgetting famous world class beaches of La Jolla.
Please note there is an additional fee for pool and spa heating.

There are exterior security cameras in operation for the safety and protection of both guests and property, located on the driveway, front door and patio, the camera range is approximately 50 feet.

Security camera details: This home is equipped with exterior surveillance as local city noise ordinance requires.
2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD150 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Suzanne after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay.

Minimum booking age is 25 +

1 Small dog under 20 lbs must disclose at the time of booking.
