This home is professionally managed. We are a friendly team of folks who look after this beautiful property while the owners are away. We ask you to keep in mind, this is a private home which the owner retreats to. We simply ask that you respect & take care of the property as if it were your own. Let that love flow. **We are available to you for standard check in times should you require any assistance from 4pm - 6pm. For after these hours we may be available for emergencies only and only then via Airbnb message app. We apologize if this causes any issues, but please consider this ahead of booking. Likewise, please advise us before traveling, on your estimated time of arrival so we can accommodate if possible.
Little Italy is a chic, pedestrian-friendly neighborhood filled with patio cafés, restaurants, pubs, art galleries, shops, hotels, and the beautiful Amici Park. Upscale clothing boutiques, indie music venues and quaint piazzas dot the area, while the weekly Little Italy Mercato Farmers’ Market draws crowds to its mix of produce, gourmet food and craft stalls. Depending on your itinerary while in town, you can either rent a car or many guests rely on Uber and Lyft which are always available within minutes.
Guest bedroom is a loft-style bedroom and due to the open wall behind the TV, noises from the living room and from the street (not a lot but there is some street noise because we’re in Little Italy) are easily heard from the guest bedroom. Privacy is not an issue as each bedroom has its own entry and a door that locks.
*All rentals with 28+ nights require a rental agreement signed naming and identifying all adult occupants (must present valid ID). By booking this home you agree to the rules and conditions denoted below. Should there be a conflict between the Airbnb Terms and Conditions, and those listed herein, then the terms most favorable to us as the Host shall take effect.
RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS Definitions: "My People". Shall include myself, my spouse, legal partner, guests, invitees, licensees, children, wards, heirs, assigns, personal representatives and estate, if any.
NO REFUNDS - Even the best or newest home has equipment that may occasionally malfunction and cannot be guaranteed operational 100% of the time. We promise to act immediately to remedy any issues, however, we do not relocate or issue refunds due to malfunctioning equipment or any other guest dissatisfaction or due to construction noise or any other items out of our control, unless the home is considered uninhabitable.
No one likes rules, least of all, us -- but we do have a few requirements so that the home is in as perfect a shape for each guest as possible. - Please respect check-in and checkout times. Check-in: 4pm-10pm. Checkout: 11am - Primary renter must be over the age of 25, have a fully verified profile and previous positive reviews inside Airbnb. - The maximum occupancy for the property may not be exceeded at any time. - Host may request a photocopy of the renter's ID for verification before check-in. - All rentals with 28+ nights require a rental agreement signed naming and identifying all adult occupants (must present valid ID). - This is a private property and the host reserves the right to access the property at any time to perform maintenance repairs necessary or requested by the renter. - Maintenance/Vendors schedule: we are unable to offer refunds or credits for inconveniences due to scheduling and maintenance done during your stay. Guests should understand that such vendors must be able to access the home as well as service the property so we request that our maintenance teams are not turned away if they should overlap your stay. - Absolutely no parties or loud music. - This is a NON-SMOKING property. - NO animals or pets of any kind are permitted at the Property except (1) as specifically authorized in your reservation, or (2) bona fide service animals that we are required by law to allow. Emotional support animals are not permitted except as authorized pets. You agree that a prohibition on animals is not a guarantee that an animal has not been inside the Property or that the Property is free of animal or pet allergens. If pets were to be brought without our consent and knowledge, guests will have their reservation canceled immediately.

The vacation rental property you have selected (the “Vacation Rental”) may have additional rules, policies, terms and conditions that apply to your stay, which are found in the description section(s) of the Vacation Rental listing. If you are booking your Vacation Rental through a website other than the Air Concierge site, your reservation may also be subject to that website’s terms and conditions. Among others, this Agreement contains the following important terms:
Any payments you make are non-refundable. Please read the cancellation policy carefully before booking and consider purchasing travel insurance (Section 2).
Depending on certain circumstances and at Air Concierge’s sole discretion and goodwill Air Concierge may issue you a future travel credit for use at properties within the Air Concierge network as your sole and exclusive remedy (which are subject to certain restrictions set forth at issuance including that travel credits are non-transferable and must be used 2 years from issuance).
You are releasing Air Concierge and the homeowner from certain types of liability and agreeing to assume certain risks on behalf of yourself and each individual present during the stay (Sections 12 & 13); you are aware that traveling may increase your risk of contracting COVID-19.
This Agreement requires claims to be resolved through Arbitration (Section 17).
This Agreement contains a Jury Trial wavier and a Class action waiver (Section 19).

Little Italy
Great location. Farmer’s market around the corner was so fun. Walking to the bay every day and enjoying the restaurants there was delightful. Close to all San Diego attractions. Concierge very helpful and attentive. Check in and check out very easy. One month stay went by way too quickly.
