Gorgeous Ocean Front Condo on the Boardwalk - Walk to Everything!

This beautiful Ocean Front condo is on the beach. The only thing separating you from the waves and sand is the famous boardwalk. Wake up to the sight and sound of the Pacific Ocean directly in front of you with our large picture window in the master bedroom. The living room, dining room, kitchen and master bedroom all face the ocean. The condo is located on the 2nd floor providing privacy, quiet and safety for you and your family, while allowing you to view all the beach and boardwalk action below.

The condo has a hotel queen bed, 2 twin beds, queen airbed, leather sofa and leather recliner.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking and eating utensils you will need. The
master bedroom has a queen size bed and TV, the second bedroom 2 twin beds and computer,
and the living room a couch, recliner, TV The large balcony overlooks the boardwalk

All linens are supplied. We also provide boogie boards, beach chairs and an umbrella.

There is one parking space below the unit large enough to fit the biggest SUV.

The condo is located halfway between the Pacific Beach Pier and the famed Belmont Park roller coaster. Just in back of our building are several restaurants, bike rentals, surf board rentals, apparel shops, beach shops, and surf instructions. Stroll up the boardwalk to find more restaurants.

There are multiple cameras around the exterior of the building. 2 on 2nd floor and 1 on the 1st floor of Ocean Front Walk and 2 on exterior of Redondo Ct bldg facing Ocean Front Walk and multiple cameras inside the parking garage .
