Guest Access:
Guests may use building amenities such as the lobby lounge as well as the outdoor fire place, BBQ and dining area, community kitchen and lounge.

The Neighborhood:
North Park is one of San Diego’s hippest neighborhoods and is full of trendy bars, restaurants, and boutique shops. Just a short walk from the unit is 30th St, which is the heart and soul of North Park. From record and vintage clothing stores, to tattoo parlors and even a Target, North Park has an eclectic and vibrant mix of retail shops. If you want to enjoy a concert, look no further than The Observatory, which brings in a large number of nationally known acts.

Other Things to Note:
A noise sensor is installed in the unit. Our insurance policy requires that guests sign a rental agreement prior to check in. We will send the rental agreement to you through the Airbnb app as soon as you book with us. It covers the terms of the accommodation as well as agreement and release of claims for use of devices such as hot tubs, bikes, surfboards, boogie boards, standup paddle boards, fire pits, and/or BBQs, if applicable.

*Late check-out requests must be submitted and approved at least 24 hours prior to checkout date and time.
*To ensure that our cleaners start on time, unauthorized late check-outs may incur a $250 fee, as our cleaners charge us for delays.
