We do offer valet parking services for our guests but, as you shared, our guests can find more economical surface parking lots around us, though they do not provide the same level of convenience. Our immediate surroundings have seen a great deal of change since we opened in 2019 and we look forward to its further development. We can only imagine that you feel this way because of the smoking fee we applied to your account. As a non-smoking facility, we do not want our guests to smoke cigarettes, cannabis, or any other substances in our guest rooms. Due to the heavy odor and the paraphernalia we found after your departure, we unfortunately had no choice but to penalize you, as we could not offer this room to another guest. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with smoking policies when traveling before partaking. Safe travels!

If you find that you need a quiet location within the hotel, by all means, just ask! We're at your service and happy to provide the quietest possible option available. The neighboring construction site has posed hazards to our guest experience and we want to keep our guests and staff alike safe from debris.
