The Space:

This 2-on-1 property features a wonderful 1BR guesthouse with a full kitchen, full bath and private outdoor space. You can grill outside or cook inside with this fully-appointed property, all while immersing yourself in its "coastal farmhouse" vibe. The adjoining tandem parking space is large enough to handle a large SUV. The bedroom boosts a queen size bed.

Living room and bedroom provides a roku tv perfect for app base streaming services.

Guest Access:

You have the complete house to yourselves, including courtside patio (note, however, there is a separate main house with its own adjoining patio), The assigned parking space is very oversized and could accommodate 2 smaller cars, if necessary. We also provide boogie boards, beach chairs, beach toys and beach towels for your use when visiting. Laundry available onsite (and shared with any guests in the front house)!



The Neighborhood:

OB is the hippest and most "neighborly" of San Diego's beach communities. There is nothing quite like the non-corporate lifestyle of Ocean Beach. The locals here love OB for its eclectic community that supports a range of wonderful small shops, restaurants, bars and coffee houses. You will find some of the best food, drink and shopping in the local area. All of OB is accessible on foot from this location. So enjoy and take it all in!



Getting Around:

Rental bikes and scooters are plentiful for rent by the hour/day/week. Uber/Lyft are very active in San Diego and the assigned parking guarantees that you will always have parking should you venture out into greater San Diego.



Other Things to Note:

The cottage is located behind the main house. Access is from the alley and features 2 parking spots.

For stays longer than 30 days, I require a deposit in the amount of one month's rent to be paid offline due 60 days prior to arrival as well as a formal lease agreement.



Pets are welcome but we don't allow cats in this property. Our standard pet fee is $150 (this may vary dependent on length of stay & type of pet). Please let us know if you will be bringing along your furry friend!



Interaction with Guests:

Check-in is virtual, as you'll be provided with a digital Guest Portal and a personalized door code. Vacation Rentals by Aaron is a full-service property management company, and will be available 24-7 in case you need anything during your stay
