Big 3BD 2 blks to Beach Ocean View

3 bed 2 bath; one bedroom downstairs and two upstairs. New Bathrooms on both floors. Queen bed downstairs, bunk bed in the second bedroom with one full and one twin bed. We have a queen bed in the 3rd bedroom - connects to the ocean view balcony.

We are pet friendly with pre approval and a pet fee of $100

A Beautiful two story, 3 Bedroom 2 Bath townhouse, nestled in the most desirable location in Pacific Beach, North PB. Located at 880 Tourmaline St.,Tourmaline Beach and Surf Park are less than 2 blocks away (5 min walk). We are located in a quiet residential neighborhood, within walking distance to some of the best restaurants in San Diego along with great night life nearby. Great coffee shops, a grocery store and Bird Rock (la Jolla), Turquoise Shopping ect.; Far enough from the hustle and bustle but close enough to enjoy it!

You will Love this townhouse. It is very well done with an open layout, nice new kitchen, tile throughout, a beautiful slate mosaic courtyard in the front and a redwood deck off the back. We have a private parking space, picnic area with BBQ and have wonderful landscaping throughout.

This Home is high end and well appointed. It comes complete with a 3 plasma televisions, Wi-Fi, Cable TV, fully stocked kitchen, dining table, 2 chest of drawers, two queen beds, a full/twin combo bunk bed, floor mattress (fresh linens included), and beach essentials! You will find everything you need to enjoy the beach! Beach chairs, fresh towels, boogie boards and a Soft Surfboard. A Beautiful font and back deck perfect for morning coffee or tea or an afternoon.

Just imagine your own beach get away just a short walk from the Sand and a million miles from your stress at home! Come get away in Beautiful North Pacific Beach. One of the Best Beach Towns in San Diego!
(15min. to the Airport and 20min. to Downtown San Diego

Within 5-20 minutes (2-8 miles) is:
SeaWorld, the world famous San Diego Zoo, Gas Lamp District, Embarcadero with it's ship museums like the Midway and the Star of India, Old Town with it's excellent Mexican Restaurants, Belmont Park & it's authentic 1920's wooden roller-coaster, SeaPort Village, downtown San Diego's GasLamp Quarter, the Convention Center & Petco Park, beautiful Balboa Park with lots of museums,
30 min to LegoLand,
40 min to The Wild Animal Park,
75 minutes to the quaint historic gold rush town of Julian, in the mountains, & another 30 minutes beyond that is beautiful Anza Borrego Desert State Park, Even Disneyland & Knotts Berry Farm can be done as a day trip, Mexico is only 25 minutes away, Local activities include Swimming, Concerts, & Indian Gaming Casinos.


Guests have access to multiple Washers and Dryers, Soft Surfboard, Boogie Boards, Beach Chairs, Beach Toys, Cooler, BBQ on the Back Deck, and one Private Parking Spot on the alley side of the building. The front courtyard is shared and is not for keeping any of the guests personal items.

I love the great family and beach feel of the neighborhood, the walkability to great restaurants, bars, shopping and most importantly the beach. I always enjoy going to Leilani's Hawaiian food just one block away. I find that I do very little driving when I'm staying in the neighborhood and really enjoy my bike. North PB is a perfect blend between La Jolla and Pacific Beach and we are truly blessed to call such a wonderful place home.

We have a bus stop at the end of our street.

If you decide to bring a pet we have a $100 pet fee and ask that the pet is not to be left alone longer than 30 min at a time.

NOTE: We have a pet fee of $100 for up to two, Cleaning Fee of $225, Extra Guest Fee of $15/guest per night for any guests above 6, and TOT tax paid to the city of 12.75%

RENTAL RULES
1. Smoking is not allowed in the unit.
2. A group larger than the number of guests disclosed at the time of reservation may not stay overnight in the property. An extra guest fee of $75 per person per night will be assessed for any unclaimed number of guests. The property has a limit of 10 persons on the property at any time, including the guests renting the home. No get-togethers/functions/parties allowed without expressed written consent from management.
3. All of the units are privately owned; the OWNERS are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The OWNERS are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
4. NO PARTIES. Outside Quiet hours are between 9 pm and 8 am. This is a residential neighborhood, so please respect the privacy of your neighbors. Neighbors are very sensitive to noise and will notify property owner immediately of any disturbances.
5. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
6. Only use furniture/appliances for their intended uses.
7. Pets are permitted only with prior approval and payment of the pet fee. Pets must stay off the furniture. An extra charged will be assessed for any feces left behind in the yard (if applicable), or any damage done in the unit. A $200 charge will be assessed for any pet not disclosed and approved of.
8. Provided parking is limited to 1 vehicle(s). Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas as outlined in the welcome letter. Any additional cars will need to be parked on the street. Please pay attention to posted signs. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
10. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Only use appliances, furniture, and electronics for their intended uses. Do not move/rearrange furniture/decorations in the unit or decorate with any tape, glue or adhesive of any kind. Appliances and Electronics are not guaranteed; Repairs will be made as soon as possible. No refund due to failure. Refunds made if due to act of god (e.g. fire, mandatory evacuation, etc.)
9. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. Only beach towels are permitted to be taken to the beach. Please keep all white towels in the unit.
11. Beach Equipment: Recreational beach toys/equipment is provider by OWNER. GUEST assumes all responsibility of provided equipment. Misuse of this equipment will result in removal from the premise at the OWNER’S discretion. Please clean all sand and debris off beach equipment after use.
12. Abusive/Offensive language will not be tolerated. OWNER can dismiss GUEST at any time due to Abusive/Offensive language towards guests, neighbors, agents of the owner, as well as the owner.
13. Coin Laundry machines are provided for your convenience. Laundry hours are from 8:00am-9:00pm daily. Please keep laundry room/area clean at all times. Clear out all lint traps before/after every use. OWNER assumes no responsibility for any damage/loss to personal belonging.
14. Please adhere to check in and check out times. Late check out or early check in is never guaranteed. Please check with management first and pay any associated fees if applicable. Unauthorized late check out will incur a higher fee taken from the deposit.

Wonderful!

Place was very clean. Did not have issues with anything. Neighbors were kind and everything was well taken care of. We had not been to SD near beach before so we weren’t entirely sure how parking on the street would work in this type of neighborhood. People were kind and we loved staying.

Great place, great location

Arriving at the house is confusing at first and don't know which gate to walk into or where to park. Once you figure out the parking in the back situation and which gate to use. The house is great, it has a shared patio with the next door rental, which depending on the neighbors could be fun. The house itself was clean, spacious and very well situated. Only thing was, there was no wine bottle waiting for us as the initial description mentioned. Minor detail but overall great stay and would come back.

Great location and functional place

This is a good house for a family, near lots of places to go, and it’s walkable. I wish we knew it was connected so closely with 2 other short term rental places which made it noisy at times.

Good stay nice place with extras

Had a great long weekend with husband and son. Location in crowded residential area made it sooo nice to have a parking spot with unit. Clean, well equipped and comfortable. Restaurants close by. We were there on cold spring weekend so didn’t have chance to use all beach extras but these would be great for next time (boogie boards, chairs, cooler, sand pails for kids) and bikes. Would recommend.

Excellent Location by the beach

We needed somewhere close to the wedding in La Jolla we were participating in as bridesmaids and this was perfect. It’s in a great location and the space is big and comfortable. It can be chilly in the house, but they do have blankets. Host was helpful and quick to respond. I would recommend.

Perfect for our visit to San Diego

A few friends and I met up for a mini-college reunion. We each had our own space (one person chose to sleep on the couch), which was so nice. The space was perfect for our needs, which were mostly sleeping and hanging out - we didn't cook any meals or stay inside much. We intended to use the bikes and boogie boards but never did. Richard is very clear in communicating expectations, and his binder has really helpful recommendations for restaurants, etc. It's an easy walk from the house to the beach, restaurants, activities in Mission Beach.

Only downside to this wonderful place is the right parking so if you are staying with a bigger group keep that in mind. Comfortable beds nice common space and great location for our base camp for our week in San Diego. Host was very responsive to our questions while we were there.

We have rented many times. This is the best equipped and furnished kitchen we ever had. The beds were comfortable. It was great also to have bicycles available and beach equipment. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, but is very well located, with easy access to many restaurants, services, the surf beach, the boardwalk, the sea and activities. This makes you feel like you are right away a resident of Pacific Beach.
