A 4-block walk to Balboa Park, 5 minute drive to downtown, or 10 min drive to Coronado Beach. South Park`s Spanish Colonial Revival architecture and tree lined streets give it an unmistakable charm.

The Beechwood boasts granite counters, a full kitchen, king sized bed, and a tile shower with rain fixture. There are two mounted flat screen televisions with Netflix and free high speed wifi internet. Free laundry is available in unit.

Guests have direct and private access to the unit from the main entrance on Beech Street. Within the unit is a private full bath, kitchen, and bedroom.

The apartment is part of a multifamily property. The apartment, kitchen, and bathroom are all private. There are shared walls with the other unit(s). Please note the backyard is not accessible to guests.

- One friendly small to medium sized dog allowed (no other animals). $59 (per dog per stay) non-refundable pet fee collected when booking the reservation. Dog must be on a leash at all times when on property. All pet relief must be off property, Grape St dog park is within walking distance. Only dogs approved before reservation will be allowed at the property.

- The backyard is private and not accessible to guests.
