Janet & Scott are your hosts. We are a husband and wife team and we live nearby. We own and operate Mission Beach Villas, a highly rated vacation rental management business in San Diego.
We are available 7 am to 10 pm to answer questions during your stay and we live just a few doors away.

We love this house because the front deck and balcony face South so you have full sun year round without the neighboring homes causing shade. (You'll love it, especially during the winter months because its totally comfortable to sit outside on the patio during the daytime and soak in the sun.)
This beach house is located in the best part of Mission Beach, away from the crowds. It's exactly 1 mile North of the busy area of the Belmont Park roller coaster and 1 mile South of the Pacific Beach Crystal Pier. This home is in the least crowded beach area in all of Mission Beach and Pacific Beach because there are no public parking lots nearby. What's more, the surfing is amazing on the beach directly in front of this property.
Walk just 40 steps and you'll encounter pristine white beaches on a relaxing sail bay....OR in the other direction, walk 45 steps and you're at the beach with great surfing and boogie boarding. Both sides have a nice boardwalk for bicycle riding (2 beach cruisers included), walking, jogging or rollerblading.
Located on the peninsula of Mission Beach in the middle of the Pacific Ocean and Mission Bay, within walking distance to the beaches and nightlife of Mission Beach and Pacific Beach. It is a great neighborhood for active adults and for children with access to parks, beaches and boardwalks. Mission Bay is a salt-water bay located south of Pacific Beach and is the largest man-made aquatic park in the United States. Popular activities include wakeboarding, sailing, jet skiing, as well as 11 miles of flat boardwalk for walking, jogging and cycling along the pedestrian path.
One of the best features of staying here is the jogging path that goes around Mission Bay or along the ocean front. Everyday there are people walking, riding bikes and jogging along the picturesque paths and sidewalks.
