The Space:

Your getaway begins the moment you step into this beautifully designed home-bright, welcoming, and thoughtfully curated for relaxation. With three spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms, there’s room for everyone to unwind in comfort. The primary suite features a plush king bed, ensuite bath, and a desk for those who might mix work and play. The additional bedrooms each include queen beds, and one opens to a private lanai, perfect for sipping coffee at sunrise or winding down with a glass of wine at night.



Two separate living areas make it easy for groups to spread out:

• A cozy TV lounge with sleeper sofa for movie nights and lazy mornings

• A view-forward sitting room designed for quiet conversation, reading, or simply soaking in the scenery



A fully stocked kitchen and inviting dining area set the stage for memorable meals shared at home.



Outside, a backyard oasis awaits. Dip into the pool, slide into the spa, or settle around the glowing firepit with Adirondack chairs while the sky changes colors at sunset. Getting Around:

This home is centrally located, making it easy to explore San Diego by car or rideshare. Quick access to major freeways puts Mission Bay, downtown, Little Italy, Balboa Park, the zoo, and the beaches just minutes away. Parking is simple with driveway parking and plenty of street parking right at the property. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft arrive quickly in this area, and most major attractions are 10–20 minutes away, making day trips and outings convenient and stress-free.

- Minimum 3 day rental.

- Pets ok with prior approval and fee of $150 per pet.

- Pool heating is available upon request, with a fee of $150 per day plus tax (June - August) and $250 per day plus tax (September - May)

- Pack n' play and high chair available for rent - $25 each plus tax.

- Smoking and events/parties are prohibited.

- As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us.

- Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.

- Pool heating is available for $150/day in summer (June–August) and $250/day in winter (September–May). The target temperature is 80–85°F, though slight fluctuations may occur due to weather conditions. Fees are non-refundable once heating is activated.
