Mission Tides 3 is in a prime location in Mission Beach, south of Belmont Park on desirable Devon court and on the beach side of Mission Boulevard. Just 5 homes from the beach and boardwalk, this six-bedroom and five-and-a-half-bath vacation rental is a duplex home combined into one large property with multiple kitchens and living areas.
This upscale beach house features some delightful and colorful touches throughout that will add some fun to your vacation experience. The front of the home features a tropically landscaped and gated ground-level patio with an outdoor dining table and gas BBQ. Step inside the home into a cozy living area with a flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and convenient in-home stack laundry. Just adjacent is the ground-level bedroom with a queen bed and en-suite bath with a walk-in shower.
Upstairs on the second level, you’ll find a loft-style office/den with a desk workspace, large TV, and fold-out full sleeper sofa. There is a guest bedroom with a queen bed and TV, and another guest room with two twin beds, and a TV. Adjacent is a hall bathroom with a shower to serve both bedrooms and the den. Down the hall is a bedroom with a queen bed and sliding glass door that opens to an ocean view balcony where you can see and hear the waves crashing on the beach. There is another bedroom adjacent with a twin bunk bed and a hall bathroom between with another walk-in shower.
Upstairs on the third level is the main living area. This open-concept space features a sofa, TV, dining area with a table, and seating for 8 guests. Adjacent is a clean white and fully equipped kitchen with an island and breakfast bar. Opening the large sliding glass doors brings an element of indoor/outdoor living with a patio terrace with roof shades that can be open or closed as you wish. The terrace features an outdoor sectional sofa, and a gas BBQ to grill up your favorite meals with the sights and sounds of the ocean as a backdrop.
The rear portion of the 3rd level features a powder bathroom and the Primary suite with a king bed, wall-mounted TV, and a Juliet balcony. The en suite bathroom features a dual-sink vanity, aqua-glass-tiled walk-in shower, and a soaking tub with towel warmer.
The rooftop deck is accessed by a colorful tile staircase that leads to a generously sized space with 360-degree coastal and ocean views. There’s a bar top to share cocktails with an ocean view and the umbrella-shaded outdoor sectional provides a friendly space for lounging and enjoying the seasonal nightly firework show at SeaWorld San Diego.
Additional amenities include a whole-home water filtration system, two outdoor showers to rinse off the sand, in-home laundry, Wi-Fi, ceiling fans in all bedrooms, and air conditioning to keep you comfortable during the warmer months.
