With a spacious open floorplan & beach views from nearly all rooms, this 3br + 2.5ba home sleeps 10 (8 adults max) & features SMART TVs in all rooms, convenient single level (no stairs!), A/C, folding patio doors that face the bay & beach gear.

INTERIOR FEATURES
As you enter you'll be greeted by a spacious open floorplan concept, with floor to ceiling folding accordion patio doors that look out to the bay. The kitchen, dining room, living room, & lounge area all flow seamlessly & have water views. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances & granite counters with lots of counter space, as well as bar seating for 4+. The expansive dining table comfortable seats 8, with a separate lounge area with seating for 4. The living area is anchored by a custom black plush sofa with double bed, stunning 75" SMART TV, work/computer station, recessed lighting, and is flanked by an endless wall of glass doors that opens to the waterfront patio & allows for refreshing coastal breezes.

The Master Suite is perfectly situated on the South East corner of the building (separate from the other 2 Bedrooms), allowing for incredible sunrises & water views. Features include a King bed, mounted Smart TV, ensuite bathroom with elegant vanity & luxurious dual sinks, custom travertine tile & soaking spa tub while watching cable TV on a separate mounted Smart TV! Br 2 also has an ensuite bathroom with modern/sleek finished concrete counters & travertine surround shower, and features 2 Queen sized beds + a 50" SMART TV. Just across the hallway is br 3 & is the perfect setup for children with dual twin beds. All bedrooms are outfitted with a beautiful deep brown hardwood flooring.

Step outside into your exclusive ***55' wide Exclusive Beach-Front Patio***. This comes fully equipped with a patio table, seating & BBQ. We also provide a storage shed for beach gear including boogie boards & beach chairs .

POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES
• GUEST REQUIREMENTS | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30.
• OCCUPANCY | Our maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (ie includes both guests & visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
• NOISE | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.
• COMBINATION LISTINGS | Due to occupancy restrictions, larger groups looking to book multiple units must reserve a approved combination listing. No more than 1 combination listing can be reserved per stay.

Wonderful, large ground unit

Very pleasant but with some bumps!

It seems to be in a bit of repair from recent storms. Very musty smell like water is leaking somewhere. We had issues with the electricity Friday night. Couldn’t cook, read or watch tv the first night. The tv in the living room and front bedrooms we couldn’t get to operate. We got the electricity working on Saturday. We think their could be a short.

Incredible property!

Perfect Bay front location for our group of adults and older teens. So spacious with all amenities needed. Excellent access to the beach, coffee shops, dining and shopping. Loved the volleyball net right off the patio. No issues parking on El Carmel, as our car was too tall for the garage. Property has coffee maker, ice maker, all kitchen accessories and appliances needed. Plenty of dishes, mugs, glasses, etc. Bring your own Yeti if that’s your jam. If you want a beach fire, call The Beach Fire Guy. Tony was amazing! We did the s’mores package. 10/10 would be back in a heartbeat!

Disaster property

We had big issues with the house. The doors facing the bay were flying open because of the wind and were not staying latched. The master bedroom windows were not secure and there was flooding into the room starting the night of new year, because of the rain and it was flooding inside causing a huge issue for us because we had grandparents staying in the room and it' was very dangerous for them to be in a room with a slipping floor so we had to relocate them. We spent our new year cleaning and worrying. And we could not get any response from the owner nor the company until next day. Same was with the parking which we could not use. Half the family left the morning after and we still are waiting for the refund. We sent pictures and videos of the situation.

Can’t beat the location!

The property offers plenty of space with a nice master suite split from the other 2 bedrooms. The kitchen, dining and living room offered lots of room. The bayside patio with the 3 movable awnings is a great place for morning coffee, watching the kiddos play in the sand or enjoying cool breezes at night but the WiFi is terrible unless you are inside. It’s a great property with good bones but appears to have been “rode hard and put away wet.” Lots of maintenance items needed which we reported to mgmt. If you are light sleepers be aware that voices, footsteps and chair movement is easily heard from upstairs units. The garage is an oily mess that only fits medium sized cars. Housekeeping was marginal…beds were decent but floors were a sandy mess when we arrived. It’s a beach rental so I guess that’s to be expected. Probably wouldn’t rent this unit again.

Great Location/Setting for Families & Disabled Individuals

We had a good time staying here and this condo is the perfect setting in a relaxed atmosphere suitable for families and individuals with physical limitations since it’s a ground floor unit. There is plenty of sleeping room, and the open layout was so awesome. Opens right up to Mission Bay. The kitchen was not well stocked with decent cookware and utensils. I had a hard time finding suitable cookware to even make a bag of Top Ramen - let alone the gourmet meals we were wanting to prepare. Every single pot and pan had more than 75% of the Teflon coming off, the serving spoons were melted and I’m poor condition and the 1 wooden spoon was broken. I did report this to management during our stay, and they quickly brought over some new cooking pans and utensils. The master jet tub Jets do not work, so that was a bummer. Do make sure to lock up all your bikes when staying here, my daughters adult trike bike was stolen right outside our bedroom door! We were bringing it inside, and totally forgot that night- and with all the transients around- it was gonners.

Weekend stay

Place was clean, well stocked, and had everything that they advertised. If I had one issue that my guests noticed is that the beds are not the most comfortable. I would recommend replacing the mattresses and box springs. Entertainment system was awesome very hi-tech.

Relaxing by the Bay

This was simply the most relaxing weekend in a beautiful home. Celebrating family birthdays, there was plenty of room to enjoy each other's company. The music throughout the house was at the touch of your fingertips. The bay side is so much nicer than the ocean side, quiet and peaceful. We look forward to coming back in the future to enjoy this bayside jewel!

Beautiful Place Inside and Out

The inside is immaculate and the technology of the house is great especially the 3 tvs on the wall. Only downside was no light by the grill outside. Thank goodness for flashlights on smartphones. Thank you again. I highly recommend this place. Great area too.

Great location and amazing property - only downside is upstairs renters!

The property itself was fantastic with amazing views. Great location as it was within walking distance to many shops, restaurants and the ocean side. The kitchen was lacking with some basic utensils (no oven mitts, laundry or dishwasher soap, larger frying pans or griddles) but given the close proximity to restaurants perhaps people prefer to eat out. We were on the main floor which included a lot of outdoor space and direct access to the beach. The only downside was not considering the potential noise from renters above. We had 2 families with many small children so the noise started by 7:00am each morning with kids running back and forth (it sounded like they were moving chairs across the floor all morning). Something to consider if we rent a condo unit again.

Property Review

We rent on the bayside every summer, but our first time at this property. Location wise - anything on Bayside Walk is excellent for those looking to stay off the ocean side noise and boardwalk foot traffic. At this property, we loved the extra square footage given the size our family with kids. That was the biggest plus. However, we got off to a rough start, given the "Smart Home Technology". It simply did not work, with the whole system having to be rebooted by an on-site "tech support" 3 days into our one week stay. Apparently they don't work weekends. Would have been helpful if Nick was there to greet us when we arrived to cover instructions and validate everything was up and running. While we had two underground dedicated parking spaces, it is very, very tight getting in and out. And no fun lugging all our luggage, groceries and supplies, on foot, up a steep ramp, out on the street, then around the corner to get in the front door. There is a parking space for property next door right outside the 2nd bedroom window and door. Be prepared for noise at night when they come and go. Also, we tried to park there for 5 minutes to unload our car as it was two steps from the bedroom door. No way. Very mean neighbor came out and demanded we get our car out of their space immediately. We asked nicely if we could use it for 5 minutes, at that time or later. Not a chance. There is an outdoor shower on the opposite side of the property, but was not aware it existed until we discovered it 5 days into our stay. The renters in the upstairs property were not aware of the outside shower either and constantly asked to use our hose to rinse off sand before they went home. If you can live with these annoyances, this is a great property if you're looking for extra square footage on the inside.

This house is the best one on the bay. The location was perfect!

The whole family enjoyed the spacious beautiful house. Its convenient location right on the bay and all the activities and water sports right at your fingertips. Excellent Location

This is a great place to rent for a larger group. The shared living space is very well designed. The master bedroom is spacious and has a wonderful bathroom. The second bedroom is suitable for two people. The only challenge was the bunk bed room. It was a lot smaller then we thought is would be. It does not sleep 10 but rather 9 if someone sleeps on the pull out couch. The property manager was very responsive to emails and questions. The 10am check out was a bit early but we were able to find an offsite luggage storage service who picked up our luggage at the house and delivered it curbside at the airport. This was perfect for later flights.

Great location for a family vacation

We enjoyed staying at this gorgeous 3-bedroom condo right on the beach. The house is beautiful and nicely furnished with plenty of searing. It's also full of hi-tech upgrades, such as surround sound and Apple TV controlled by built-in counsel, retractable awning, push-button shades, and three TVs in the main living area for multiple viewing experiences. There was a strong wifi network, which is essential for those who need to do a little bit of work while on vacation. The location is fantastic. We traveled with two young children (4 and 6) and enjoyed the easy access to the beach, which is just a few steps from the outdoor patio. The unit is well stocked with cooking utensils and high end appliances, and we made good use of built in barbecue. The size of the unit was perfect for a group of six. There is a master bedroom, a second bedroom with two beds, and a third bedroom with two sets of bunk beds. Our daughters were excited that they each got to sleep on a top bunk. The location is perfect for beach walks, and is in close proximity to coffee shops, restaurants, bars, etc. For those traveling with young children, it's nice to be on the bay side because the water is calm. The waves are quite large on the beach side, which would have made us nervous had we stayed there. The property manager, Nick, was great. He was extremely responsive to all of our needs. Overall, we had an excellent visit and would definitely consider staying there again.
