One room is 150 square feet, and other spacious suite contains two independent 130 sq ft inner rooms all locate in the first floor for rental。Each inner room features full walls and its own private door that can be fully closed for complete privacy.
Important Note: This is a Pass-Through layout. Access to the inner rooms must be made by walking through the main bedroom to reach the bathroom and other common areas. It is ideal for families, couples, or groups of friends traveling together. Each room is equipped with a single bed and a full-size sofa bed. The property also offers ample parking spaces. rooms are located on the first floor in relatively private areas. with one bathroom and one laundry room total about 550 square feet.

You’ll have your own private entrance, a private courtyard, and a separate back entrance that leads to the backyard, which includes a covered patio and an outdoor kitchen about 260ft.

Please note that there is a locked door in the hallway which separates our private spaces, so we can both enjoy our privacy without disturbing one another.
