Vacation Apartment "Petite Paradise" with Terrace and Wi-Fi

The holiday apartment 'Petite Paradise' delights guests with its fantastic views. This 50 m² studio-style apartment features a living area, sleeping area, a well-equipped kitchen, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 2 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a washing machine, dryer, TV, as well as books and toys for children. A cot is also available.



The property offers two independent accommodations: an apartment and a house. Most of the time, guests enjoy the entire space exclusively. Only a few times per year do bookings overlap. In those cases, each unit has private areas: this apartment has its own terrace (located between the pool and the apartment), while the house has a full balcony and another terrace by the pool. Only the pool area, barbecue, and hallway seating are shared when both accommodations are occupied.



Guests have access to a shared outdoor area with a pool, open terrace, covered terrace, grill, and outdoor shower. The holiday home is set on an elevated position, ensuring exceptional views of the sunset, the two lakes (“charcos”), and Mount Teide.



Public transport is less than 5 minutes away, and Hoover Beach is a 15-minute walk. There is a parking space on the property and free street parking.



The pool is heated by solar energy, so temperature depends on sunlight. Pets and smoking are not allowed. The property does not have air conditioning. Security cameras and/or audio recording devices are on site. Recycling rules apply; more information is provided on site. A sofa bed for 2 people can be requested for an extra fee.
