There is an outdoor shower with hot/cold running water available for those sandy trips back from the beach. The back deck perched above a small canyon with a nice outdoor seating area gives the feeling of being in a treehouse. Below is a set of four Adirondack chairs to enjoy the serene surroundings.

Walk directly to the beach trail or the San Clemente Pier from the house. Jump on the free trolley around town and to the outlets for more shopping, restaurants, and movie theatre. Short ride to world class surfing beaches like Trestles and San Onofre. The house is supplied with beach towels, beach chairs, and a couple soft top surfboards. San Clemente is located between San Diego attractions and Disneyland, all within a 45 min drive.
