Podere Consalvo is a typical Tuscan country house. Surrounded by the soft hills of the Chianti Classico, the approx. 4 hectare property of the Consalvo family with its characteristic guest house is located in the middle of Tuscany.
The guest house is divided into two apartments. Apartment 'Olivo' and Apartment, Cipresso '
Both apartments have their private entrance and outside area with chairs, table and loungers. It is only 15 km from Florence. Thanks to its happy location (265 m above sea level), it has a very pleasant climate and opens up generously to the surrounding vineyards and olive groves. It offers our guests a beautiful and still untouched landscape, the prerequisite for offering our guests a comfortable and relaxing vacation. Organic olive oil is produced. A spacious garden with olives and fruit trees, as well as a vegetable garden are available to guests. A panoramic view to Florence with the cathedral dome is at your feet. The property is enclosed by a hedge and has a large covered parking space. The new swimming pool also offers the longed-for refreshment on hot days.



Countryside: Depending on the season, you can pick your vegetables from the garden. Upon request, the owner will also offer an afternoon program to show you San Casciano and its sights. More offers, depending on the season, will be waiting for you.

The special thing about this apartment is the unique private terrace, a spacious living room and upstairs
 two separate bedrooms with a bathroom with shower - the price is for two people, but there is the possibility
 with an extra weekly flat rate of 100 euros for a third person - who gets the second bedroom.


Our apartment 'CIPRESSO' is our larger apartment.
It has a large kitchen and a private terrace with a wonderful view. The kitchen is equipped with four gas plates, with an oven, fridge with freezer compartment. There is also a washing machine and all the kitchen appliances you need to conjure up a nice Italian dish. Two separate bedrooms, a bedroom with oversized beds 2-2 and a bedroom with a French bed and a bathroom with shower.
Ideal for a couple with a young person or three adults (weekly extra flat rate of 100 euros for the third guest). Also ideal for dog owners, since the apartment is exclusively designed with cotto floors (extra flat rate 20 euros).
The prices are for two people - for a third guest, whether child or adult, a flat rate of 100 euros will be charged. In addition, the tourist tax is calculated per person 1.50 euros, max. for 7 days - children up to 14 years do not have to pay tourist tax. A flat fee of 20 euros is required per dog.
