Located at Via Treggiaia 90 in La Romola, this inviting two-story villa is perfect for a family or group of up to six. The ground floor features a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, and a boiling-water tap. The cozy living/dining room offers satellite TV and a fireplace, along with a full bathroom. Upstairs are three bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with twin beds, plus a second bathroom. A separate laundry room with a washing machine and iron adds convenience. Free Wi-Fi, parking, and pet-friendly access are included.

Outdoors, enjoy the large private garden (800 m²) with furniture and a roofed terrace (15 m²) ideal for al fresco dining.
