The room was perfect for 1 or 2 people and was equipped with everything needed in a kitchen, the room was clean, floor was clean, usually at a beach the floors feel damp, not here. the building was far enough from the edge of the village to hear the karaoke bar ,b ut far enough away to not be bothered by the loud music. "Had everything one would need for a few nights stay. Plenty of extra towels and blankets, the ac was nice and cold when needed and the space was clean. Nice, quiet surrounding area with a Walmart and a gas station within walking distance. Need transportation for night life in the downtown area. Definitely could have used some black out curtains on some of the windows throughout the space. "

Os móveis são pintados, e já o foram há um bom tempo. nas fotos tive a impressão de quartos com piso frio, o que não se aplicou ao meu quarto. menciona-se máquina de lavar e secar roupas, o que leva a se entender, pelas fotos, que seriam nos quartos, mas não!!! a máquina de lavar é de uso comunitário e paga (U$2,00 para lavar e U$2,00 para secar)!!!!! portaria das 09:00h até as 05:00h.

"The cottage was clean and updated with everything you need, toiletries, kitchen pans and utensils, a full beach cart with everything needed for the beach. I took a few naps in the sun in the hammock. The location is great, an easy block to the beach. The only thing we had difficulty with was the gas grill did not heat up sufficiently to cook burgers. It was an incredible relaxing place for a family vacation, highly recommend it"

"hotel is newly renovated since the last time it was hit by hurricane Ian (2022). room were clean, nice view from balcony, staff were friendly. unable to experience the hotel restaurant. beach area is clean with 2 beach chairs and umbrella included with hotel stay ( probably cost $80). hotel has a dj with daily activities which is a plus. area wise, the whole fort myer beach is still recovering with lots of ongoing constructions. pier/ boardwalk still missing. maybe in 4-5 years it might be...
