Unfortunately, our experience with this property was disappointing. Communication with the host was minimal and unhelpful, especially when we encountered a major issue ā€” the refrigerator was not working. This created a big inconvenience during our stay. Despite them saying they ordered the part, the issue was never resolved. The grill did not work which was another inconvenience for my family. The hot tub did not work either. I was told I would receive an inconvenience fee, which Iā€™m still waiting on. The property manager has automated messages requesting you to put out their trash bins, but lacked the communication to response to my issues. I am still waiting to hear back.Very frustrating for how beautiful and expensive the property was. I would not book this property again

RUN AWAY!

We had an absolute horrible stay! First off, the refrigerator was broke! There is no way they didnā€™t know that. So for almost a week we had to buy ice for our cooler to have cold drinks and spends hundreds of dollars more eating out every single day. We were told we would have a new refrigerator and then never got one. They never kept us up to date on anything. We had to keep asking and sometimes we got a response and other times we didnā€™t. Never offered to compensate us for all the extra money spent. Next, they had the gardeners come without telling us to cut down trees in the front and backyard. Our kids were outside swimming when they just came in the backyard unannounced. Our little kids ran in terrified! And thereā€™s more! A bottle of prescription drugs was under our childā€™s bed!! Thank God she brought us the bottle! How well was any of this house cleaned or inspected!?!? AND I HAVE TIME STAMPED PICTURES OF EVERYTHING! RENT ANOTHER HOME!!!!

One star because there is some type of bug in the home. Noticed the bug bites on our 2nd night there. My whole family had multiple bites. I messaged the host and they never addressed the bug situation. Also the hot tub wasnā€™t working, and the AC in the upper portion of the house wasnā€™t working either. Sent a message to the host with no response to either problems.

This property is not as advertised

The backyard was filthy, pool filter did not work, hot tub didnā€™t work, BBQ area was grown over. Broken basketball hoop & flat balls, filthy pool tools & broken patio chairs. I contacted the host with no response & kept getting automated messages. Hired a gardener to come over & airflow the yard pull the weeks in the cement because I was trying to have a BBQ for daughters graduation & asked the host to cover that expense. No response.

Could Have Been Better

The rooms were nice, beds were comfortable. However, the kitchen was lacking in normal Gadgets used in a kitchen and that you would not bring on a trip. The grill was not useable because it was very dirty, it was sitting under a tree, there was no propane and it could not be moved. Patio was filthy and patio furniture was ragged. Fan light in living room was not working, maintenance said it needed a wire, owner said no.

Great house, very enjoyable place to stay!

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Fontana house. The house was great. Very spacious and comfortable. There were 6 adults and we had plenty of room to comfortably enjoy the house.The kitchen is large with a big island and large dining table truly embracing the heart of the house. It was a great area to gather for meals. Right off the kitchen is a beautiful backyard with a nice pool, grill, basketball hoop. and sitting area another great place we often gathered and enjoyed during our two week stay. The bedrooms are all large with comfortable beds. Nice master bedroom with huge bathroom.Lastly, the neighborhood and surrounding area was great. Convenient grocery stores, restaurants, and easy access.Highly recommend this house!

Large home in a quiet neighborhood

Our stay here was wonder. The home was large with ample living space and great sized rooms. The neighborhood is quiet and perfectly located near groceries and the freeway.
