Villa / Rural house with piscine / South of Gran Canaria - Ayagaures

The house is a typical Canarian house and has a large swimming pool, an outdoor kitchen, two covered terraces, a barbecue (charcoal grill), a petanque field and large gardens with fruit trees.
All rooms have private bathrooms.

We have a total of 5 rooms with air-condicioned:

- 2 double bedrooms (double bed)

- 2 double rooms (single beds)

- 1 quadruple room (with a double bed and two single beds)

They all have a private bathroom and there are another bathroom (WC + 1 sink) on the main terrace.

- 1 Living room with Smart TV, two sofas (bed) and a table.

- 1 flat (downstairs) for 4 persons with 2 bedrooms (2 double beds), 1 bathroom with shower + washbasin and a fully equipped kitchen (with oven, dishwasher and microwave).

THE MAXIMUM CAPACITY IS 18 PERSONS.

- 1 semi-outdoor kitchen (with automatic curtains) near the main terrace

- 1 large corridor (common area) with armchairs, benches and a library with speakers (bluetooth).

- 2 covered terraces

- 1 outdoor pool (with heating - extra charge)

- 1 "chill-out" area near the pool with 8 deck-chair

- 1 petanque court

- Large gardens with fruit trees and orchard.

The villa is located in the town of Ayagaures (km 13). It is located in the south of Gran Canaria. Only 20 minutes by car from the most emblematic beaches of Maspalomas.
The place is like an oasis surrounded by palm trees, pines, cactus, mango trees and other fruit trees.

The place is a meeting point for cyclists, walkers and nature lovers. Its routes to the Pinar de Pilancones Natural Park have probably the most beautiful views on the island.

It is highly recommended to rent a car to get there, because there is no public transport and few services in the town (there is no shop or bakery nearby).

We have a car park (covered) inside the property.

Other things to note:
Possibility of heating the pool with an extra € 200 per week.
Recommended in winter to raise the water temperature to 26-28 degrees.
