Description of the property



First floor:



- Living/dining room: Las Velas 37 is equipped with a spacious living/dining room that is carefully furnished, with chest lounge sofa, smart TV and side tables, bar cabinet with glasses for wine, mixed drinks and champagne. The dining area has a table for 6 guests. Baby high chair available.



- Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped for the enjoyment of our guests. Oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, juicer, toaster, blender, cutlery, crockery and glassware. The kitchen faucet has a drinking water system for human consumption.



- Bathroom: Bathroom with WC and sink.



- Front patio: Equipped with a motorized awning and aluminum fencing that will provide shade and privacy during the morning. The space has garden furniture (sofa and two armchairs and a side table). To enjoy a good conversation or to rest while your children play.



- Backyard: Equipped with a table for 6 people in case you feel like enjoying lunch or dinner outside and a chill out area to relax and have a drink in the evening. There is an electric grill available in the house ideal for use in this space.

This terrace gives access to a room where the washing machine is located with storage for cleaning and beach/pool utensils.



Upper floor:



- Master bedroom: Finely decorated in Nordic style, has a double bed, bedside tables and reading lights. Built-in mirrored closet and Smart TV. This room has air conditioning.



- Secondary room: With two single beds, bedside tables and reading light; it is also equipped with a built-in closet and mirror. This room has a portable air conditioning system.



- Bathroom: It has WC, large sink with storage and shower.



- Balcony: Equipped with a clothesline for laundry.
