C’est avec une grande déception que nous avons trouvé cette maison et les photos sont mensongères piscine qui devait être chauffer qui était froide sans le ménage qui était lamentable des travaux devant la maison en ayant choisi un tel prix, nous pensions avoir une maison convenable ce n’étaient pas du tout le casAnnonce mensongère et photo fausseNous avons loué la maison d’une semaine et très heureux de trouver votre maison, ou c’était tout le contraire à tous niveaux, surtout au niveau de la propreté du service

A brilliant family holiday

Thank you for a brilliant family holiday and for the welcome pack on arrival. A well equipped accommodation, with enough beds, bedrooms and bathrooms to service our whole family, whose ages ranged between 4 and 80! The villa has a small 'plunge pool" and just a short walk leads to a super communal pool, with plenty of sun loungers and a well kept garden. The beach at Pasito Blanco is just a 4 minute walk away and even during the Easter weekend was quiet. Our family favoured beach in the morning and pool in the afternoon, when the water was warmer. The local Spa supermarket, small but well stocked, is open every day 8am-8pm . There is a harbour restaurant (10 minutes walk), unfortunately we did not use it as we saw a notice Members Only", latterly we discovered this was only over the Easter weekend. Neighbours told us it was "good ". We made two taxi trips to a large supermarket (7 €), which kept us going for 10 days. We had a couple of trips to Maspalomas, for restaurants and the whale watching was a hit with the grandchildren. Our only disappointment was there were no facilities or space for a barbecue. A Visitors book would be helpful with practical notices with regard recycling, pool management, local taxis firms, doctors etc. Thank you again for the use of your home everyone - young and old- had a splendid holiday.

Lovely location

We really enjoyed our stay. We were 2 families - 9 people in total. The location was really good - beach and shop 2 minute walk away and excellent food and service at the yacht club restaurant nearby. The pool which is just a short walk away was perfect for our group. Only things we would change: as there is no air conditioning, fans in each bedroom would have enhanced the experience and a bigger kitchen for cooking in would be ideal.

Absolutely amazing villa!!!

Hi would highly recommend this villa!! It was the highlight of our trip. It’s decorated so nicely and it’s so clean!! The pool is a lovely size and makes lounging around so fun. The huge pool around the corner is lovely too!! The ocean is literally 2 min walk and not touristy and very pretty. There is a shop very close as well which is so useful. It also feels really safe as there’s security to get it. The owner of the properly also responds so quickly and is so nice. I needed help in a recommendation for a doctor/hospital and they responded immediately. This was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful, spacious and a perfect location!

Our family of five stayed in this lovely home in January 2021. The location of the property is perfectly situated for easy beach and community pool access. There is a Spar down the street in case you need any essentials. The property itself has its own very clean pool if you do not want to use the larger community pool. The living area offers space to entertain both inside and outside. We made many great dinners in the kitchen. There were ample bedrooms and areas to sleep. The older kids appreciated all the TVs. All members of our family felt they had room to space out. We loved that almost every single bedroom had a great view. Check in and check out went very smoothly and it was extremely easy to communicated with the owner. We have stayed in several locations in GC and we will definitely return to this perfect spot for a beach vacation in the South of Gran Canaria.

Wir kennen Gran Canaria seit 50 Jahren und Pasito Blanco ist - wenn man Ruhe und Geborgenheit sucht - sicherlich eine passende exklusive Örtlichkeit und mittels Pkw ist alles zentral zu erreichen. Strand, Hafen, kleiner Supermarkt und Jachtclub natürlich zu Fuß. Das Domizil selbst hat seine besten Tage schon deutlich hinter sich und bedarf einer generellen Überholung und Renovierung. Die Bilder im Internet hübschen gewaltig auf und täuschen durch Winkelobjektive Größe vor. Die engen, steilen, hohen Treppen über 2 Etagen sind für ältere Menschen schon gewöhnungsbedürftig und die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr bunt gewürfelt ("Was zu Hause übrig ist, kommt ins Ferienhaus"). Die beiden Doppelschlafzimmer im Dachgeschoß sind schön, können aber durch die en suite Teilung eines Badezimmers nachts schon mal gegenseitig stören (Betten quietschen auch sehr und der Warmwasserboiler im Dachflur pfeift öfter). Dafür ist die Dachterrasse ein absoluter Sonnenplatz. Im 1. Stock hat ein Schlafzimmer keine Fenster, dafür aber noch einen kleinen Zusatzraum mit Fenster (vielleicht für Kinder). Das Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoß hat etwa die Größe einer Abstellkammer und ist wirklich eine Zumutung; ebenso die dazugehörige Nasszelle mit Waschmaschine und ständig überlaufender Dusche, so daß man anschließend beim Toilettengang im Wasser steht. Insgesamt 14 tolle Sonnentage an einem schönen Platz mit einem Domizil vom Typ "Geht eben so" und einem deutlich überteuerten Preis.

great location

A great family house near the beach and swimming pool. Great location for going on trips to beaches, aqua park and the inland. Also really nice the location is in a private marina, so not crowded. There is a small supermarket in the marina; other activities are outside of the marina.

Perfect for a big family

This three story house was perfect for our family of ten- aged 3 to 68. We especially liked the layout, with both double and twin-rooms, including spacious bathrooms on all floors. The middle floor even has en extra bedroom with fold-out beds. There was plenty of room for socialising, indoors and outside. The kitchen and the rest of the house was well-equiped with everything we needed and more. Nice touch with a basket of fruits, bottle of wine and large glass of olives upon arrival- thank you so much! The surrounding area was just as expected with a pool nextdoor, a nice beach just down the street and a small Spar Supermarked nearby. If we missed anything it was a heated pool. The pool was great for cooling down, but to cold to stay in long, especially for the youngest kids. Hosts were very flexible regarding check-in and check-out times- thanks again.

Excellent house for a large group

We are a large family of 8 adults and one baby and had a wonderful stay at this very comfortable and well equipped house. The 5 bedrooms are spread over 3 floors and there was plenty or seating areas for our group. The beach just 5 minutes walk away is very special as unlike most beaches on Gran Canaria it is not surrounded by villas, shops and the usual facilities. It seems to be exclusively for the use of the small group of properties that surround the marina, so no sunbeds available just a peaceful sandy beach ideal for swimming, The shared pool area is spacious and there are plenty of sunbeds and was again very quiet when we were there in February half term. There is one local spar shop just 5 minutes walk away that is as good as any large supermarket and the yacht club restaurant serves fantastic food which we enjoyed on two occasions. We also spent the last afternoon at the yacht club as we had time to kill before our flight. Although I would recommend hiring cars, most of our party spent the entire week very happily just enjoying relaxing in the Pasito Blanco complex. I would highly recommend this house if you are looking for a quiet spot to holiday in.

Very nice villa!

We had a great week in this house. It is situated in a very quiet area. The pool (not heated) is close by and also a private beach. Very fast respond on questions and help when needed. Would definitely recommend this to others. Many thanks /C-J

Great Family Location

A great location for a family holiday with the adjacent pool and with a safe beach and a well stocked and sensibly priced Spar shop only a 5 minute walk away. Fresh bread baked daily. Yacht club bar and restaurant, 10 minutes walk away if you want to drink and eat out on site, but UK hotel prices for the drinks! Quiet location - but plenty of busy resorts with restaurants and bars 10 - 20 minutes drive away. Motorway GC1 close by helps. (No road noise) For future readers it is helpful for those with young children to know the bedroom layout. Top floor - a double and twin both with balconies Middle floor, a twin and room with a 'put up' bed, no balconies and a double with a balcony Ground floor - a twin with no balcony. Showers on all 3 floors. Excellent wifi - faster than UK!! We hope to return in the future.

Quiet, private and well maintained place. Close to the beach. Good choice for group of people who plan sport activities. /cycling, golf, tenis, swimming/. We missed only volleyball court on the beach.

Fantastic villa

This was our second stay here and we loved it just as much as the first time. This time we had my elderly parents with us and they also loved it. Maria was again very helpful, she put us in touch with a company where we could hire a wheelchair and was there to meet us even though we had a late flight. She had kindly got us in some basic provisions which we really appreciated. The villa was immaculate and had everything we needed and there was plenty of room for all of us. The pool and beautiful beach were perfect for a very relaxing, family holiday. We will definitely return.

Great house and excellent surroundings!

We stayed a week in the villa with our whole family (8 adults +3 kids). The house is nice and never felt to small for us. The private beach is maybe the best thing with this place, we where there a lot. Also had access to the pool but didn't use it so much, but nice compliment. The whole complex it's really a calm and restful place to stay, so big difference from all the tourist places around. There is a small local store just 3min away where you find most things you need. Are also a supermarket just 5min with taxi. Thank you for a great stay, we really enjoyed it!
