This beautiful accommodation divided into two floors, located 7 minutes drive from the Meloneras beach and the Maspalomas Dunes, is ideal for couples, friends and business trips, as it can accommodate up to 3 people. The upper floor of the house, which is accessed by stairs, has a cozy bedroom with king bed and storage space for clothes, and a bathroom equipped with shower. The main floor of the accommodation has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need open to the living room, which has a sofa bed, fan, Smart TV and direct access to the wonderful terrace of the house that has furniture to enjoy a good lunch, sunbathe and disconnect from the routine. It also has a toilet for greater comfort.

Strategically located, in one of the most recognized destinations of the island, where you can enjoy its famous beaches, the impressive natural dunes and a wide variety of services and amenities, perfect for an unforgettable vacation.

The apartment has a kitchen equipped with refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kettle, manual juicer, blender, coffee maker, washing machine, iron, hair dryer, fan, fiber WiFi, towels, sheets and much more.

The community pool is open from 10:00 to 17:00. In summer, the schedule is from 10:00 to 21:00.

The property is not suitable for babies as it does not have a crib.

Check-in after 10:00 PM incurs an additional charge, which varies depending on the time of arrival.
