It has a cosy bedroom with a double bed made up of two single beds that can be joined together or separated according to your needs, a bathroom with shower, a bright open-plan kitchen equipped with everything you need and connected to the living room with a comfortable sofa, Smart TV with Netflix and HBO, and direct access to the terrace area where you can enjoy a good breakfast while you enjoy the atmosphere of the place. The accommodation is also air-conditioned for your comfort.

With an unbeatable location in San Agustín (Maspalomas) very close to the beaches of Las Burras and El Veril, multiple restaurants, supermarkets and all the necessary services around. It has easy connection to the motorway to get to know the rest of the island comfortably.

The property has several steps to access the kitchen area and the terrace.

Improvement works are currently being carried out at the property directly opposite the accommodation entrance. During certain hours of the day, noise may occur due to construction activities and the use of machinery.
