This cozy and quiet Villa is a fantastic holiday rental in the south of Gran Canaria , 5 minutes drive from Maspalomas Beach and 5 minutes walk from the supermarket. With intimate private garden and swimming pool (NOT HEATABLE) , this lovely one storey house has natural light everywhere and rooms are distributed within ample spaces throughout 125m2. Air conditioning in bedrooms, WIFI and International TV Channels.

If you wish to rent 2 Villas, Villa Maspalomas Golf VIMA-4 is right next to this house and you will be able to go from one to the other through the garden, though both feature absolute privacy. Definitely a perfect holiday home for our most demanding guests!

The services included in the price are:

Welcome and personal key delivery until 20.00.
A complete weekly cleaning (for reservations of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.

Conditions

This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
A deposit of 600€ is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
A dog is allowed with a surcharge of 100€ for the total duration of the stay.
Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.
Late Check in available and on request entails the following charges:

** Between 20:30 and 22:00 - 30€
** Between 22:00 and 00:00 - 50€
** Between 00:00 and 01:30 - 80€
