Boats in 2009 was completely renovated and is now a complex of 5 modern apartments that offer all the equipment and comfort you could wish to enjoy a good holiday. They are apartments with an excellent location and high category.
It is an ideal place for families and friends who like tranquility and proximity to the beach vacation. Located within walking distance there are many shops and restaurants.
It has a pleasant garden with lawn from where you direct access to the golden sands of Las Burras and the avenue that joins this beach with the beaches of San Agustin, Playa del Ingles and Maspalomas. In the garden you can find comfortable hammocks for all apartments. Also chairs for our guests to take to the beach.
The 3 bedroom apartment is located on the ground floor. It has a porch and has direct access to the garden and beach.
They feature modern décor, with kitchen and high end appliances (dishwasher, microwave, oven), large bathrooms, comfortable sofas, air conditioning, ceiling fans, TV and WI-FI completely free so they can use their computers. Also small appliances such as toaster, juicer, iron, blender, hair dryer ..
There daily cleaning from Monday to Friday. Beach towels are also included.
