"Quarto espaçoso, equipe simpática, jacuzzi e saunas muito agradáveis. A piscina poderia ser aquecida. "

"Já havia ficado em outros outros hotéis da Rede Riu, entretanto o Riu Maspalomas apresenta uma característica que o torna especial: fica do lado das dunas de areia. Além disso, nas proximidades há vários supermercados e restaurantes. A limpeza do hotel é muito boa. Café da manhã e Jantar são ótimos. Pessoal extremamente atencão."

"Fantastic rooms. Huge! 2 floors. Breakfast is ok. There is a supermarket right in front of the hotel in case you want to self cater. It’s not walking distance from beach and central area but there is a free bus and taxi is cheap. Staff at the hotel are awesome and make you feel very special from the moment you walk in. Cleaning crew might be a bit noisy in the morning but it’s just a minor detail. If you want peace and quiet, choose the rooms from 12 to 20. All the others face directly the...

"I'm going to say the good things about the hotel at the end, but the low evaluation is mostly because the hotel doesn't have a 24 hours reception and the staff doesn't seem to have had proper training. The major error was about the cab that took me back to the airport. It was in a very late time (3:30am) so in the day before I asked them to confirm the booking and to give me a phone number in case something wrong happened (as there would be nobody to help me at 3:30am if the taxi was not there)....

"Vale a pena demais. Localização e cuidados ótimos"

"It was good."
