🔹 TV Remote: Lost remote replacement fee is $50.
🔹 EV Charging: Prohibited. Charging EVs via regular outlets incurs a $35/night fee.
🔹 Child Safety: Children are welcome, but the house is not child-proofed; constant supervision is required.
🔹 Garbage Disposal: Strictly for small bones/food waste. No large or unprocessable items. A $100 fee applies for unclogging.
